- A valid passport is needed for this trip and must be valid for 6 months post travel.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.
- Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough… losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. All of JEK Travels Hosted Trips are non-refundable and non-transferable, travel insurance is therefore highly recommended. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don`t have to worry about being over-insured. Email us about our preferred travel insurance vendor list. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility.
Based on JEK TRAVELS current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance. An insurance quote will be provided for all travelers to purchase. If a traveler refuses to purchase travel insurance they will be given a waiver to sign before any reservations are made and deposits taken.

- A valid U.S. passport is required
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or make monthly payments.
- If you choose monthly payments, you will receive monthly invoices when your payment is due.
- You will need to arrive in Sangster International Airport (MBJ)
- Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
