  • September 12th, 2024 $100 deposit due to reserve a room, followed 2 nights of room purchase must be paid the same day.

  • January 10th, 2025 Remaining balance due.

 

Reminders:

  • The wedding is on March 28th, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.

  • To be considered a part of Claire and Kyle’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Claire and Kyle with a deposit already paid on each room. Guests who book outside of this room block will be subject to wedding pass fee to attend each event.

  • All guests must stay at Garza Blanca (day passes not sold.)
 
 

Cancellation policy:

 

    • If you cancel your reservation before September 10th, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

    • Between September 10th, 2024 and December 10th, 2024, you may reduce up to 20% of the booked room nights without penalty. A one room night per person penalty will apply for category of room nights cancelled beyond the allowed 20%.

    • Between December 10th, 2024 and January 10th, 2025, any reduction in room nights will result in a two night per person penalty based on category cancelled.

    • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after January 10th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

    • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

    Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

    Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
