What's not included:

1. International airfare
2. Travel insurance (please accept or decline below)
3. Gratuities for Transportation/Tour Guide and Cab drivers
4. Expenditures of a personal nature, drinks and meals if not stated explicitly in the itinerary
5. Meals except where noted
6. Porterage at hotels and airports
7. Any activities listed as optional

Itinerary:

• Day 1: Arrive Costa Rica,  unpack, relax and unwind until dinner time. 
• Day 2: Relax on the beach
• Day 3: Day at leisure (Optional tours and excursions at additional cost)
• Day 4: Day at leisure and Farewell Dinner
• Day 5: Pack to head home

Cancellation policy:

Once payment is applied to a booking, cancellation/change penalties will apply. Cancellation policy vary from supplier to supplier. Cancellation requests MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING prior to your departure date, and you must receive a written reply from us confirming cancellation has been made. No refund is made for unused travel services or any portion thereof, nor is the price or value of unused travel services exchangeable for alternative arrangements. Changes to the current booking are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operator/airline and may result in penalties or change fees.

Due to strict contractual obligations, any and all payments on customized group trips are non-refundable non-transferable to another trip. Name changes may be allowed for a fee of $100.00 for customized group trips. Other fees may also apply.

If the customer purchases travel insurance and for whatever reason decides to cancel the trip, Majestic Dream Vacations policy is as follows: Majestic Dream Vacations will automatically request a refund from the third party. If the customer decides to file a credit card chargeback or file an insurance claim, knowing Majestic Dream Vacations has filed for the refund from the third party and receives payment, the customer will be required to submit the following paperwork to receive the refund: the denial letter from the credit card company and/or the denial letter from the insurance company. NO EXCEPTIONS as the customer is prohibited from receiving a refund twice.
