DAY ONE - SUNDAY - Welcome to Italy! Arrive at your historic, 16th-century hotel, Palazzo Seneca, with a warm welcome from the Bianconi family. Enjoy dinner at Vespasia Restaurant tonight, a Michelin-Starred restaurant located inside your hotel that showcases the best of Umbrian gastronomic delights. Enjoy wine and drinks with your three-course meal. 

DAY TWO - MONDAY - This morning, meet at the lobby for your first cooking class at Casa Bianconi (50 meters far from Palazzo Seneca, with a group starting from 20 pax). Enjoy a leisurely tasting lunch based on your efforts. At 1:30 PM, meet at Porta Romana Gate for your bus transfer for the cashmere experience. Enjoy an afternoon of private shopping and wine tastings with a personal stylist who will reveal the secrets of artisanal cashmere made in Umbria. Tonight, enjoy a three-course dinner with wine at the Granaro del Monte restaurant.

DAY THREE - TUESDAY - Early this morning, meet at the lobby for transfer to the Cheese Farm for a unique Ricotta making experience. This afternoon, learn about authentic Italian cuisine at your second cooking class at Casa Bianconi (50 meters far from Palazzo Seneca). Enjoy a tasting lunch based on your efforts. Tonight, enjoy wine and drinks with your three-course meal at Vespasia Restaurant.

DAY FOUR - WEDNESDAY - This morning, meet at Porta Romana Gate for your bus transfer to the historical hill town of Assisi for a half day guided tour. This afternoon, head to the winery to learn about local Italian wines and enjoy an authentic Umbrian culinary experience. Tonight, enjoy dinner at Bistrò Salsiccia Bar, owned by the Bianconi family.

DAY FIVE - THURSDAY - This morning, enjoy a cooking class at Casa Bianconi and a tasting lunch based on your efforts. This afternoon, meet at Porta Romana Gate for Bus Transfer to the breathtaking Marmore Waterfall. Enjoy a three-course dinner tonight with house wine at Granaro del Monte restaurant. 

DAY SIX - FRIDAY - Early this morning, meet at the lobby for transfer to the Truffle Hunting Experience along with a picnic in the forest featuring the local staples of Umbrian cuisine. This afternoon, meet at Porta Romana Gate for your transfer to Spoleto for a half-day guided tour of the historical city. Tonight, enjoy wine and drinks with your three-course meal at Vespasia Restaurant.

DAY SEVEN - SATURDAY - This morning, meet at Porta Romana Gate for your bus transfer to the FCO airport. Safe travels!
