After Barcelona, we'll set sail towards Cannes, one of the most coveted destinations in the French Riviera. Imagine yourself on a tranquil afternoon, savoring a glass of France's finest wine while basking in the riveting views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Our adventure continues with the picturesque Spanish islands of Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza. In Ibiza, we'll have an overnight stay, allowing you ample time to soak up the sun on its renowned gay beach and later dance until dawn in some of the world's most acclaimed gay nightclubs.
Next, we will explore the serene beauty of the island of Ajaccio, France. But that's not all! We'll also have another overnight stay in La Spezia, Italy. This stopover gives you the chance to immerse yourself in Italy's charming culture, irresistible cuisine, and timeless architecture.

- Transportation: This includes airfare or any other commute from your place of residence to the cruise port.
- Transfers: Any logistics regarding transfer to the cruise port are not covered.
- Travel Insurance: While it is not included, we emphatically recommend obtaining travel protection for peace of mind during your travel adventure.
- Pre or Post Cruise Stay: Any accommodations before or after the cruise are not part of the package (although, do keep an eye out as we may offer options as the sailing date approaches).
- Shore Excursions: Any off-ship explorations or activities are not included in the package.
- Bar Tab: Your personal bar tab is not part of the package.
- Spa Treatments: Any spa treatments onboard the ship will be at your own expense.
- Additional expenses not specified: Expenses not explicitly mentioned in our package inclusions will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Please note, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received in our office by the specified dates to ensure proper processing. This policy particularly applies to the cruise portion of the PrideOne Travel and Cruises Group Cruise which sails from Barcelona to the French Riviera, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, Italy, and is governed by Virgin Voyages' cancellation directives.

- Please ensure you've thoroughly read our terms and conditions adhering to all fare quotes and payment schedules.
- Please bear in mind that all travel costs quoted are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with full passenger names and a deposit payment. Please note, airfare quotes are fluid and may change without notice until paid in full.
- There may be instances where the cost of any travel services may increase due to any unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuations in the exchange rate, increased taxes or port charges, among other factors. In such cases, we will inform you, and additional payments will be required. We are not liable for these fluctuations and any cancellation resulting from such additional charges may result in cancellation fees.
- Unless specifically mentioned, quotes don't cover meals, gratuities, souvenirs, incidental items, airport transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, travel protection, and other services.
- If you plan to share a stateroom with another individual, each party must submit a registration form for a single stateroom. Please indicate on your reservation form that you intend to do this and mention the individual you're sharing the room with. Both reservations will then be merged into one.
- Adhering to the payment schedules set by the suppliers is crucial. In case of check payments, the due date will be 14 days prior to the due date set by the supplier. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in automatic cancellation by the supplier and the forfeiture of prior payments.
- We accept all major credit cards unless otherwise specified by the supplier. Other payment plans may be arranged with PrideOne Travel and Cruises.
- Your credit card will only be charged upon your approval of an invoice from PrideOne Travel and Cruises.
- Please note, while all Covid-19 requirements have been lifted, protocols continue to evolve and may change before sailing. Should testing/vaccination requirements be reinstated, you will be informed immediately.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance and are open to discuss options individually with each guest.
- For all passengers, it is crucial to ensure the possession of the correct travel identification and documents during your journey. Virgin Voyages mandates passport books.
- All reservations should be made under the full name as it appears on your passport or government ID.
- Most promotions at the moment can be used concurrently with your current booking.
- To secure your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total Voyage fare is required. This does not include add-on components, ancillary purchases made prior to sailing, or taxes and fees. We do offer the convenience of a structured monthly payment plan to ease the cost burden.
- Regardless of whether you're sailing solo or as a party of four, Virgin Voyages' stateroom pricing remains constant. If you choose to include a third or fourth guest to your stateroom, the stateroom price remains as per the rate for one or two guests. The only additional expenses would be the taxes and port charges associated with the extra guests
- Please note, the final payment for your trip should be made on or before January 20, 2024.
- Access to group events is special and exclusive to reservations made directly through PrideOne Travel and Cruises. We must stress that reservations made via any other travel agency or directly with Virgin Voyages will not be granted access to our exclusive group events unless prior arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon.
