Cancellations are subject to Virgin Voyages’ terms and conditions.

Within 7 days of booking and 120+ days before sailing:
Eligible deposits may be refundable, excluding applicable non-refundable fares such as Lock-It-In cabins.

120+ days before sailing after the grace period:
The deposit may be issued as Future Voyage Credit, with eligible additional payments refunded.

119–45 days before sailing:
Payments are generally non-refundable except eligible taxes and fees.

44 days or less before sailing:
Payments are generally non-refundable except eligible taxes and fees.

Lock-It-In cabins are final sale.

Travel protection is strongly recommended.
