Due Dates: 

  • August 20th, 2026 is the deadline to pay the $300 deposit to reserve your room at Secrets Playa Mujeres.
  • August 25th, 2026 is the due date for 40% of your room total.
  • October 25th, 2026 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
 
 

Reminders:

To be considered a part of Hailey and Jake’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Hailey and Jake and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

 

  1. November 19th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  2. Secrets Playa Mujeres, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; please contact us at ana@bohemiaweddingtravel.com if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

  3. Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.

  4. Ocean view rooms generally are closer to the beach with an ocean view larger than the partial ocean view rooms. Exact amount of ocean views cannot be specified.

  5. Please note response time from resorts can take a few weeks in the event that you need modifications to your booking.

  6. Secrets Playa Mujeres is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.

  7. Secrets Playa Mujeres maximum occupancy in room is 3 adults and 2 adults for the Junior Suite Partial Ocean View category.

  8. Secrets Playa Mujeres guests have access to Dreams Playa Mujeres amenities.

 

Cancellation policy:

  1.  
  • If you cancel your reservation before August 25th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.
  • Between August 25th, 2026 and October 25th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after October 25th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms

Secrets Playa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Secrets Playa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Secrets Playa Mujeres.
