Lead Passenger 

 The primary traveler on a reservation is responsible for receiving and relaying all communications/documents to the rest of the passengers on the same reservation. 

Deposit 

A non-refundable partial deposit of $50 per person is due at the time of reservation. This deposit holds your spot on the voyage; however, it does not secure you a cabin. Your second payment of $150 per person completes your non-refundable deposit requirements of $200 per person; your cabin can be berth at that time. Once the full deposit of $200 is paid for all persons on your reservation, that can begin the berthing process, and you can receive your room number.

Gratuities
It is customary for cruise guests to extend gratuities to the shipboard staff in appreciation for their hard work and exceptional service. Carnival applies this charge automatically to guest Sail & Sign accounts. The recommended gratuities are as follows, standard Staterooms, $14.50 per person per day, and suite staterooms, $16.50 per person per day.

Pricing & VIFP

Cabin rates are based on Double occupancy. Single occupancy is responsible for 200% of cruise fare.

Current Carnival VIFP members may have special offers available. 

Please ensure that your VIFP number is included in your information so that while berthing, I can pull in your available offers and book you with the best rate. 

Online Check-In

 All travelers are required to complete the online check-in before the cruise. Failure to complete online check-in may result in you being denied boarding. Please complete your online check-in a minimum of 15 days before your sailing here. 

Travel Insurance 

We highly recommend travel insurance. You never know what can happen, and having an extra safeguard helps provide financial security and peace of mind. Carnival does offer a Vacation Protection Plan at an additional cost, and you can view the coverage details on Carnival's Website. If you do not choose to purchase travel insurance, a signed denial of coverage will be required. 

Covid 19 Vaccination Requirement

Currently, there are no vaccine requirements for this sailing.

*Fuel Surcharge

Carnival reserves the right to assess a fuel surcharge if a rise in the market price of oil necessitates a supplement. There is no fuel surcharge currently in place. Taxes, fuel surcharges, port charges, and fees are subject to change.

Dinner Dress Code

Please be advised that some cruise restaurants may require long pants, a collared shirt, & closed-toe shoes for men. Please pack accordingly.

Currency 

Carnival uses USD for all sailings departing the USA.

Itinerary & Carnival HUB

Passport & Identification 

A passport is not required for passengers on closed-loop sailings departing a U.S Port. Despite a passport not-being required, NOLA Travel AGENCY does recommend using a passport to sail. If you need to apply for a passport, please visit the US Department of State website. 

 U.S. citizens may use a certified birth certificate for cruising along with a valid photo ID. Refunds will not be provided for expired or delayed passports, incorrect or non-valid travel documents, or missed flights. 

Ground Transportation

The origin of this sailing is New Orleans, Louisiana, and this cruise purchase does not include flight, rail, or bus arrangements. 

Cancellation 

All cancellation requests must be submitted to NOLA Travel Agency in writing. In the event of cancellation, all payments are submitted to Signature Travel Agency, LLC. dba NOLA Travel Agency and suppliers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation penalties up to 100% may apply! You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance. 

Double, Triple, and Quadruple Occupancy 

NOLA Travel Agency does not provide a roommate pairing service. You must have selected your travel companions to make reservations at double, triple, or quadruple occupancy rates. 

Check-In & Check-Out Requirements 

Carnival has a cashless onboard credit program called Sail & Sign. 

The program allows guests to make purchases and pay gratuities directly to their accounts. The Sail & Sign account is required for all onboard transactions, as cash is not an acceptable form of onboard payment.
