We are  Signature Travel Agency LLC dba Nola Travel Agency and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Signature Travel Agency LLC dba Nola Travel Agency, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
  1. Payment Authorization:
By providing your credit card or bank account information on this invoice, you authorize NOLA Travel Agency or the Primary Supplier to charge the indicated amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. Statement charges will appear on your credit card as NOLA Travel Agency or any of NOLA's designated Suppliers.
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations:
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of NOLA Travel Agency. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and provide the best possible service. Please note that specific cancellation policies apply to individual travel packages, services, or events. It is recommended to review the cancellation policy associated with your booking before making any changes or cancellations.
  1. Trip Deposits and Payments:
Unless otherwise specified, trip deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Future payments may be subject to the terms and conditions of the Travel Insurance Policy. NOLA Travel Agency can assist you with filing a claim, if necessary, for cancellation due to covered reasons specified in your Travel Insurance. If you decline Travel Insurance, your payments are non-refundable once paid to the Supplier, Airline, Operator, Cruise Line, or Hotel, as applicable.
  1. Cardholder Authorization and Responsibility:
As the cardholder, you authorize NOLA Travel Agency to keep your signature and credit card on file for future travel purchases. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any penalties associated with changes and/or cancellations occurring after the ticket or reservation purchase.
  1. Price and Reservation Availability:
Prices are subject to availability, as quotes on travel reservations are not binding until they are booked with the Supplier, Hotel, Cruise, Rental Car Company, Tour Operator, or Airline. NOLA Travel Agency will make every effort to secure the quoted price and reservation, but there may be instances where availability and prices change before booking. By completing a booking with NOLA Travel Agency, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood the information provided. These Terms & Conditions may be subject to change without prior notice. 
 
Passenger Responsibilities: 
 Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

Cancellation Policy:
  1. Cancellation within 48 hours of booking:
- If a cancellation is requested within 48 hours of booking, NOLA Travel Agency will provide a full refund to the client, minus any non-refundable fees imposed by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
 
  1. Cancellation more than 30 days before departure:
- If a cancellation is requested more than 30 days before the departure date, NOLA Travel Agency will provide a refund of the amount paid, minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee covers administrative costs and may vary depending on the specific travel package or service booked and minus any cancellation fees or non-refundable fees imposed by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
 
  1. Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before departure:
- If a cancellation is requested between 30 and 15 days before the departure date, NOLA Travel Agency will provide a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the specific terms and conditions of the travel package or service booked minus the NOLA Travel Agency Fee and any cancellation fees or non-refundable fees imposed by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
 
  1. Cancellation within 14 days of departure:
- If a cancellation is requested within 14 days of the departure date, NOLA Travel Agency may not be able to provide a refund. The refund eligibility will depend on the policies of the third-party suppliers involved, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
 
Please note:
  • The cancellation policy is subject to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the agreement between the client and NOLA Travel Agency.
  • The cancellation policy may vary depending on the specific travel package, service, or event booked.
  • NOLA Travel Agency reserves the right to modify or adjust the cancellation policy under certain circumstances or force majeure events.
 
 
Cancellation is based on a case-by-case basis and is subject to suppliers, airlines, hotels, or other travel entities.
 
  1. Signature Travel Agency LLC d/b/a NOLA Travel Agency Cancellation Fee:
- $100 per person: This fee applies to each individual in the event of a cancellation. It covers the administrative costs associated with processing the cancellation and may be in addition to any fees or penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers.
 
  1. Reissue or Rescheduling Fee:
- $100 per person: This fee applies to any requests for reissuing or rescheduling a flight ticket. It covers the administrative costs involved in making changes to the original ticket and may be in addition to any fees or charges imposed by the airline or ticketing platform.
 
  1. Late Payment Fee:
- $100 after the final payment deadline: This fee applies automatically if the final payment for a booking is not received by the specified deadline. It covers the additional administrative effort required to manage late payments and ensure the reservation remains secure. Please note that reinstatement of the reservation, if canceled due to non-payment, is dependent on the policies of suppliers, airlines, hotels, or other travel entities. Reinstatement may not be possible, and alternative arrangements may need to be made.

  • Additional fees or charges may apply based on the policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.
 
 
Disclaimer and Responsibility Clause:

"DISCLAIMER: SIGNATURE TRAVEL AGENCY, LLC and any of its affiliated divisions (Nola Travel Agency), collectively the 'Company', act solely as an agent for SUPPLIERS (identified on the accompanying documents) in selling travel-related services or accepting reservations or bookings for services not directly supplied by the Company (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). The Company shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, resulting in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to travelers or travelers' companions or group members.

RESPONSIBILITY: The Company assumes no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or structural integrity of air, sea, and ground transportation and accommodations, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, abnormal conditions, or unforeseen developments. The Company assumes no responsibility for ascertaining and/or evaluating local conditions along the itinerary, changes, or cancellations of travel due to weather conditions, hotel services, accidents, or health-related problems before or during travel, and after a tour outside of the Company's control.

The Company has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel.
You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release the Company from all claims arising out of any problem covered by this paragraph. You agree that the courts in New Orleans, LA will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or the Company, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

There will be no refunds for cancellations made 60 days or less before departure including cancellations due to actual or threatened terrorist events. There will be no refunds due to fear of travel from actual or threatened terrorist events or of health.
It is the traveler's responsibility to protect their purchases, and the traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through this Travel Agency regarding travel insurance. The traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on the traveler's part to convey the contents hereto to their travel companions or group members.
By embarking upon travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved, whether expected or unexpected. The traveler is hereby warned of the above risks, as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies, medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility that the traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled due to a personal emergency.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw the tour or any part of it, make alterations to the itineraries it deems necessary or desirable, refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the party at any time, and pass on to tour members any expenditures occasioned by events beyond its control.

Finally, all travel arrangements are a choice made by the client. If the client is dissatisfied with any part of the package, the ultimate supplier (hotel, tour company, etc.) is solely in a position, and the only one with any authority, to make any adjustments."
