To ensure a seamless and personalized experience, we have a travel planning fee in place. The exact fee may vary depending on the complexity. Our fee covers a range of services to make your trip exceptional, including:

1. Destination Research: We meticulously research your chosen destination, curating a list of the best attractions, accommodations, and experiences.

2. Itinerary Customization: Crafting a tailored itinerary that aligns with your preferences and interests.

3. Hotel Accommodation before & after the cruise: We'll take care of all the logistics, securing the best hotel accommodation options available within your budget

4. Transportation Arrangements: Assistance with transportation options, whether it's car rentals, transfers, or local transportation recommendations.

5. Activity Reservations: We can book any desired activities or tours.

6. Travel Guidance: We provide expert advice on travel documentation, safety, and local customs.

7. Cruise Checklist: We provide a detailed Cruise Checklist for all guest.

8. Client Appreciation Gift: We provide all first time cruisers, first time bookers with our agency, & clients who are celebrating a special milestone (birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, etc…) with a cruise care package with various must have cruise goodies.

9. 24/7 Support: Throughout your journey, we offer round-the-clock support to address any unexpected issues.

We do not service "air-only" requests as you have more flexibility booking your flight directly through the airline's website

Booking Policies:

•Please provide the most accurate information as possible

•Your quote will include a minimum of two or three options based on the information gathered via the travel inquiry form and/or our consultation.

•Final payments are typically due 75 to 90 days before your travel date, depending on the cruise line and length of your cruise. If your departure is within 75 days, full payment will be required at the time of booking. 

•We offer two revisions to this quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a $15 fee per request.This applies to changes such as travel dates, number of travelers, destination, or hotel and resort options. Please consult with all members of your travel party before submitting your inquiry

Change Policy:

 •After your deposit is paid and the trip is confirmed, any changes to your itinerary will incur a $15 change fee per person, in addition to any fees charged by the cruise-line.

Cancellation Policy:

 • If booking has to be cancelled, a cancellation fee of $25 per person will be charged in addition to the fee charged by the cruise-line. These fees are charged by Key Luxury Dream Vacations and do not include any additional fees that may be charged by cruise line or any components of your trip.

 •Vendor cancellation policies vary depending on whether travel insurance was purchased, the timing of the cancellation, and the reason for canceling.
