Retreat Itinerary:

 
 
Day 1-Sat, June 19 Miami, FL Embark the Celebrity Beyond.  Join us for a Welcome Reception. 
Day 2-Sat, June 20 At Sea Sleep in, explore the ship, and get your sea legs. In the afternoon we'll come together for our first group content session, cameras out and ready to go. 
Day 3-Sun, June 21 At Sea
Full day of photo and b-roll sessions with Rita and the group. Headshots, lifestyle shots, behind-the-scenes footage, hello custom content library. 
Day 4-Mon, June 22 Aruba 1-9pm Free Day
Day 5-Tues, June 23 Curacao 7am-8pm Free Day
Day 6-Wed, June 24 Bonaire Free Day
Day 7-Thurs, June 25 At Sea Search for visibility and partnership opportunities. Brainstorm with Rita and the group ideas that you find for viability. 
Day 8-Fri, June 26 At Sea
Create content together and work on your marketing action plan. We'll end early today, so you don't have to rush packing.
Day 9-Sat, June 27 Miami, FL Disembark the ship :(
 

 

 

What's included in Summer Camp at Sea:

PRE-CRUISE

DURING CRUISE

  • Create content as a group throughout the cruise, and finally get photos with you in them! 
  • Access to a PhotoCircle album where you can upload and download the content that everyone gets

  • Rita onboard as your Retreat Host, Cheerleader, Accountability Partner, and Content Creation Assistant

What's not included:

  1. Travel insurance (must accept or decline)
  2. Gratuities for the crew ($144 per person)
  3. Excursions
  4. Incidentals (like other specialty dining moments, spa, merchandise, etc.)

Pricing:

There are two steps for pricing for this retreat.
 
Step 1: Officially register for the retreat by signing the Retreat Agreement, Photography Release, and paying the Retreat Registration, which is separate from the the cruise fare.  Fill out this form to get the process started.
Step 2: Secure your cabin in the group block below to be included in the Retreat Activities.  Cabins booked outside this group block will not be allowed to participate in retreat events.
 
Retreat Registration is $499 per Retreat Attendee (payment plan available).  Total “all in” depending on your cabin selection will on average be between $3219.41-2777.41.
 
The below cabin pricing is based on double occupancy.  Single occupancy rates are available at prevailing rates.  Please reach out to me to check current pricing.
 
 

Guests:

If you would like to room with a guest instead of another Retreat Attendee, this is totally fine :)  Please note that your guests who are NOT registered attendees, will not be able to attend any retreat events like the Sessions, Welcome Reception, or the Group Specialty Dinner.  If you would like your guest to attend the specialty dinner with you, please let me know :)
 
 

Pre/Post-Cruise:

While there is no official programming pre/post cruise, we may coordinate a dinner/gathering the night before, as well as potential hotels to stay the night before.
 
Also, if you are driving and parking at the Port of Miami, parking looks like it will be $35/day, or $280 total for this cruise.  Prices subject to change.
 
 

Passports:

Passports are required for this international sailing.   U.S. Citizens need at least 6 months of validity on their passport prior to sailing.  If you are not a U.S. Citizen, please work with your country's state department on entry requirements.
 
If you do not currently have a passport or need to renew, I highly recommend you apply for one or a renewal as soon as possible.  Passport are currently taking up to 5 months to process.  Passport book for adults (16 and older) are $145.  Passport renewals for adults (16 and older) are $110.  To apply, you can visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html.
 
 

Airfare:

Airport to fly into: MIA. 
 
Highly recommend you fly in the day before our cruise, but if you must fly in on the day of, be sure to arrive before noon.  When departing, please make sure your departing flight is no earlier than noon.
 

Travel Insurance:

I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your entire trip.   As witnessed in the past years, plans can change drastically when we least expect them to.  Travel insurance helps to protect your investment, as well as your well-being should something happen, while you are away.  Travel insurance needs to be purchased within two weeks of cruise deposit if you would like coverages for pre-existing conditions and cancel for any reason. 
 
As most of you are probably travel advisors, I highly recommend you purchase this through your agency.  If you are not an advisor, please email me, so we can discuss your options :)
 
 

Gratuities:

When you cruise, there are certain people whom get paid gratuities for providing onboard services.  These include your cabin steward and dining room staff.  To make it easier, you can have these prepaid with your cruise package.   
 
 

Payments:

If you would like to make smaller cruise payments, instead of one large payment at final payment deadline, please let me know, so I can arrange.
 
Similarly, if you would like to pay your Retreat Registration in installments, email me with how many installments you would like (max 4 monthly payments).
 
 

Ability:

When booking your Cruise Package, please make sure you are both medically and legally able to cruise.  If you have any questions, please contact me.
