Ensure a smooth booking process for your upcoming travel by familiarizing yourself with the following guidelines for shared room reservations:
Pricing Details:
- Displayed Price: The price originally shown is per person and covers only one occupant.

Room Cost(s): The cost is calculated based on the number of occupants in the room.
- Shared Room: Prices are based on two occupants sharing a room. If you are traveling with someone please choose the correct package and NOT the single traveler package.
- Single Travelers: If you’re traveling alone, please do not book the package that does NOT say "Single Traveler." Only select the option labeled "Single Traveler," as the costs will differ for solo travelers.

Final payment is due on or before July 26, 2026.
- A minimum of $1000 must be paid per traveler prior to March 19, 2026 and another $1000 made prior to June 7, 2026.

Each Person Must Complete an Individual Form if Paying for Their Own Room: Each person, must complete their own registration form and authorize their own deposit. This helps us gather accurate information and prevents any reservation mix-ups.

Booking for Multiple People with one payment?: If you are booking for multiple people and making a single payment, please note that only one invoice will be issued for the entire group. Ensure all details for the additional travelers are accurate when completing the registration. Can choose up to three (3) per room.

Important Information for Travel Abroad
If you're traveling abroad, keep in mind that your passport should be valid for six months beyond your travel dates. For this tour, make sure your passport remains valid until at least April 12, 2027. It's important to note that when making reservations for "double occupancy," you should include your roommate's name on the registration form to ensure you are matched with the correct person.
The group will depart from the US on October 4, 2026, to arrive in Doha on October 5, 2026. The hotel check-in date is October 5, 2026, and the group will leave on October 11, 2026 or October 12th if an extra day was added.
Approximately 50 days in advance, you will receive a full itinerary and access to the Amare Travel itinerary app to plan your free time.
Automatic Billing Plan
To make your life easier, you can enroll in our automatic billing plan. We will calculate an evenly distributed automatic billing plan for you at the time of booking, so you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no additional cost.
