ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO ATTEND WEDDING EVENTS?

•  Dreams Macao Resort and Spa is an all-inclusive  is a family friendly resort. If you need to add a child to your reservation please email our Travel Agent at cary@travelwiththetrio.com with Childs full name and date of birth. 

WHAT ABOUT AIRFARE?

• While the group requests that you book your room with the group, you are welcome to book your own airfare. ​ Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you're ready.
• Transportation is only included from this airport. Resort  is approximately 30 minutes to an hour from of the airport.  Included transportation is "shared" transportation, which is a shuttle that may make stops at other resorts. An upgrade to a private non-stop vehicle is available upon request, please reach out to Travel with the Trio, LLC at cary@travelwiththetrio.com for upgrade information.
• If you book your own air,  Travel with the Trio, LLC will request your flight details 45 - 60 days prior to ensure transfer transportation is secured. Guests who do not submit their air information by the deadline will forfeit their included transfers.
• If you would like assistance with air, Travel with the Trio, LLC are happy to help! There is a ticketing fee included in all of our air quotes.

 BY WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

• All guest to arrive no later than September 19, 2024.

CAN WE COME EARLIER OR STAY LATER?

• Absolutely! ​If you would like to stay for dates before or after this date window, that is no problemo!  Please include your requested dates in your reservation form and Travel with the Trio, LLC will confirm availability! Note: rates outside the room block dates may differ from our group rates quoted here.

WHAT IF THE ROOM I WANT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?

• Please email our destination wedding travel agent at info@travelwiththetrio.com and let provide the room category, travel dates and number of travelers so that they manually work on your request. 

I DO NOT SEE THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD?

• Keep in mind that payments are not automatic and are processed manually by Travel with the Trio, LLC.  In addition, the credit card will appear as Classic Vacations. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T BOOK WITH TRAVEL WITH THE TRIO, LLC?

• The couple has paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests.
• The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at Travel with the Trio, LLC.
• The group has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and included transportation.
• Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
• Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in an undesirable location away from everyone else.
• Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:

• Will not get the group rates.
• Will have to pay up front vs. payment plan.
• Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
• Unfortunately, I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
• Note: Day pass sales are not available due to occupancy restrictions and will not be available to attend wedding events.
