Day 1: You will arrive in Charleston, SC on your own and meet at Embassy Suites Historic District. This hotel is the restored former Citadel Military College and is in the heart of downtown Charleston.
This evening we will enjoy a cocktail reception at the hotel and a group supper to get to know each other. (Included in cost)

Day 2: We will travel to the historic Boone Hall and learn all about life on a plantation for all that lived there. We will stroll through the gardens, take a covered wagon tour (if weather permits), and explore the Black History in America Exhibit just to name a few activities. (Included in cost.) We will enjoy a light lunch at the Butterfly Cafe (included in cost) before heading back to downtown Charleston.
I hope you saved room in your suitcase because this afternoon, we will hit the streets for some retail therapy. Charleston is home to beautiful boutiques and quaint stores all over the historic district. Maybe a stop in Candlefish or Shoes on King? We may need to buy some more luggage while we're at it!

Day 3: This morning we will take a walk through history as we are led on a private walking tour of some of Charleston's most iconic areas. (Included in cost)
Hopefully, you worked up an appetite because this afternoon we will have a private culinary tour around Downtown Charleston. (Included in cost)
This last evening in Charleston is free or you can join in a trip down to the harbor for dinner. (Included in cost)

Day 4: This morning you can sleep in, take one last stroll through the streets of Historic Charleston, or grab a mimosa (or Bloody Mary) and simply sit back and take in the beauty of it all.
After check-out of the hotel, we will load into our private Sprinter van for the trip down to Savannah, GA.
Once there, we will drop our luggage off at the hotel, and then you can hop aboard the Trolley for a go-at-your-own-pace tour of Historic Savannah. (Included in cost)
The rest of the day is free time. Maybe unwind with a spa treatment, take in a little more retail therapy or check out one of the chic nightspots nearby. Grab some (or all)of the girls and enjoy.

Day 5: This morning is free time. You can sleep in, relax, grab a coffee in a nearby cafe, shop, etc.
This afternoon, we have a (non-private) tour. This tour will include a bus tour as well as a riverboat cruise. (Included in cost)
Hope you are hungry because this evening we will have a Farewell Supper at the iconic The Lady & Sons for some good ole Southern food. (Included in cost)
Day 6: It's time to bid adieu as we depart for home.

Cancellation policy:
Travel arrangements for any member of the group may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking. The $500 deposit is non-refundable but may be covered under a travel insurance policy. Cancellation before August 25, 2022, is refundable minus the $500 deposit. Cancellation on or after August 26, 2022, is 100% amount paid is non-refundable. The total amount is due before September 1, 2022, or the reservation in the group will be cancelled and is 100% non-refundable. If full payment is not received by the due date Outta Here Travels has the right to cancel your reservation and no refund will be made. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under your insurance, you may be able to reclaim these charges from your insurer. You are responsible to make the claim to your insurer.
We make every effort to carry out the trip as described, but sometimes we are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Outta Here Travels reserves the right, to modify or cancel any trip, accommodation, in-destination activity or arrangement, (definite or not), at any time. If Outta Here Travels cancels a trip as a result of a Force Majeure Event, the contracted tour operators' Terms & Conditions will dictate if a refund or credit can be given. If the cancelation by Outta Here Travels is not a result of a Force Majeure Event, Outta Here Travels will make its best attempt to provide an alternative comparable trip (if available). If an alternative is not available then a refund will be made. Outta Here Travels is not liable for any cancelation or change cost or penalties incurred on other travel arrangements, including air travel, that may be affected thereby. Outta Here Travels is not responsible for other travel arrangements that you or your party have made outside of Outta Here Travels and which are affected by our cancellations.
