Day 1 | October 25 – Arrival in Bali ( Nusa Dua )
Welcome to paradise! After your flight arrives at Ngurah Rai International Airport, a private transfer takes you to your five-star beachfront resort in Nusa Dua. Take the afternoon to rest, enjoy the hotel amenities, or explore nearby shops and cafés.

Day 2 | October 26 – Kintamani Day Trip + Flying Dress Photoshoot
Start your day with a peaceful morning meditation before heading into the lush Kintamani Highlands. Soar high on the famous Bali Swing, pose for your stunning Flying Dress photoshoot, and enjoy a scenic lunch overlooking Mount Batur.

Day 3 | October 27 – Elephant Safari Ride & Lunch

- Reserving this package confirms your acceptance of Pinkney Travel Group, LLC’s Terms & Conditions and those of our affiliated travel suppliers.
- You may pay in full or choose a flexible payment plan when reserving your trip. If you select a payment plan, you will be automatically enrolled in monthly payments based on the provided schedule. Regular monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation status.
- When entering travel companion information, both you and your companion acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to make all scheduled payments on time.
- Name changes are subject to supplier approval, cancellation penalties, and any applicable rate increases. A service fee applies for any name corrections or reissued documents.
- You confirm that you and your travel companion(s) are physically and emotionally fit to travel at the time of departure.
- Cancellation penalties apply to all guests on the reservation. Once confirmed, your booking is governed by Pinkney Travel Group, and supplier cancellation policies.
- Pinkney Travel Group, LLC is not responsible for travel interruptions or cancellations caused by suppliers, government actions, weather, or other events beyond our control. Supplier policies will determine any refunds, rebooking, or credits available under applicable law.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Pinkney Travel Group, LLC recommends Allianz Travel Insurance for its extensive coverage and traveler protection options. Your policy will define the terms and extent of coverage for cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen events.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to meet all entry, testing, and vaccination requirements for their destination. Requirements are determined by airlines, cruise lines, and destination governments and may change without notice.
- You agree to hold Pinkney Travel Group, LLC harmless and release the agency from any liability for damages or losses resulting from supplier actions, government decisions, or circumstances beyond our control.
