Accommodations:
Connected to the world-renowned Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates Hotel, is a short distance from downtown Dubai, Media City and the Dubai World Trade Centre-and just minutes from celebrated sites, including Jumeirah Beach, Wild Wadi Waterpark and Ski Dubai. Take in breathtaking city views from our Dubai hotel's 24th-floor rooftop infinity pools and Sheraton Fitness, then meet for a drink at Vantage or experience the true taste of Turkey at Besh Turkish.
All suites and rooms at Sheraton Dubai Mall of the Emirates offer views of the city skyline. Each features free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mini-bar and a private bathroom. Some suites include a living room and a kitchenette complete with a dining area.
Guests can enjoy a wealth of leisure options at Sheraton Dubai, Mall of the Emirates such as an indulgent massage at Shine Spa and use of the relaxing spa facilities. After an energizing workout at Sheraton Fitness, guests can take a dip in the rooftop, outdoor pools to refresh.

- Enjoy morning free at leisure in Dubai.
- Afternoon Desert Safari Trip with Dinner. Pick up with a luxury 4X4 land-cruiser proceed to the meeting point where the tires get deflated for less air pressure. A small break before it gets started, and then, the thrills of bashing the dunes up and down, with a very exciting unforgettable experience. Drive in no direction recall the old past days of the Nomads and find more about those harsh conditions of the Arabian Desert Ruba Alkhali which the Bedouins proudly overcame. Admire the wonders of the nature and feel the very soft sand particles in your own hands. A not to miss out is the enchanting desert sun set views that promote for an exceptional photographic experience and then drive to the night entertainment in a Bedouin-like camp made especially for the tourist.
- As you relish traditional Arabic coffee, smoke a flavored Shisha, and rivet in the mesmerizing Tanura horse shows. You will also get opportunity to ride camel, walk over desert sand, put on Arabic attire, adorn your hands with mind blowing henna designs, and take pictures of falcon sitting on your shoulder. To tantalize your taste buds, the tour includes a scrumptious dinner featuring international buffet with a choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

- A passport is required to travel to Dubai. Please go HERE for all the information you need to procure your passport. If you do not currently have a passport or your passport has expired, please note that the current processing time for passports is 10 to 12 wks. Expedited passport processing time is currently running 4 to 6 wks or longer in some cases. For more information on passports go HERE.
- Traveling to Dubai requires a passport be valid for six months beyond your scheduled travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before April 20, 2024 and you must have at least (2) blank pages in your passport. Otherwise, you MUST apply to renew and receive your renewed passport prior to departing for this trip.
- All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, XTD Travel Club reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
- If you select a LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates.
- At check-in, a credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.

IDENTIFICATION: Travelers are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on her/his government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
PAYMENTS: We use third party payment processing companies (e.g., Travel Joy) to process credit card charges. This allows you to make payments with any major credit/debit cards.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Please send your completed XTD Travel Club Cancellation Request Form to cancel@xceptionaltravel.com. Your cancellation request will be reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Note: You have the right to cancel your vacation should you elect to do so. However, completion of the cancellation form in no way entitles you to a refund. As XTD Travel Club as a NO REFUND PAYMENT policy.
XTD Travel Club has adopted this policy to ensure that we are able to book the best vacations, in amazing locations with phenomenal excursions and other benefits. Clients are also HIGHLY encouraged to secure travel insurance for your vacation. So that in the event a "covered reason" occurs, your vacation investment will be covered.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACK POLICY: If you are not happy with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we strive to stand behind our products and services. We will work to address any issue that you might have. By signing this agreement or booking a trip with us, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used for refund convenience, in other words, it is not an appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policy to which you agree by signing this agreement. We view such charge-backs as a form of “friendly fraud,” but fraud nonetheless. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. Should we win any chargeback that you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorney’s fees, time, costs and expenses in rebutting the chargeback
