  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.

Payment Schedule:

  • June 1st, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
  • June 5th, 2026 40% of room purchase is due.
  • August 5th, 2026 Remaining balance due.

 

Itinerary:

  • Wedding Day- Friday, October 30th, 2026.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before June 5th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between June 5th, 2026 and July 5th, 2026 any reduction in room nights will be charged at 20% based on the category booked.
  • Between July 5th, 2026 and August 5th, 2026 any reduction in room nights will be charged at 40% based on the category booked.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 5th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Secrets Vallarta Bay and Dreams Vallarta Bay will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
