   • A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required to secure your spot in the group booking.

2. Payment Schedule

   • By authorizing this transaction, you grant permission for Salty Beach Travel to process monthly payments on your credit card in equal amounts necessary to pay your balance in full by February 28, 2026.
   • The amount of each monthly payment will vary depending on your booking date and the time remaining until the February 28, 2026, payment deadline.

3. Payment Responsibility

   • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on the provided credit card for each scheduled payment.
   • Declined payments may result in loss of reservation or additional fees.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

   • Deposits are non-refundable.
   • All payments are made directly to Carnival Cruise Line. Once a cabin is berthed, we do not have control over refund eligibility or cancellation policies, which are determined by Carnival. Cancellation policies and any applicable penalties can be provided upon request.
   • Cabin Pricing & Occupancy: Our ladies’ group cruise is based on a special double occupancy rate, allowing you to enjoy the best value with a cabinmate. If a guest needs to cancel, they are encouraged to find a replacement to maintain this rate. Otherwise, the remaining guest may need to cover the difference for single occupancy pricing. Any payments made by the canceling guest will be applied to help offset these additional costs.
   • Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended: To protect against unforeseen cancellations, changes, or emergencies, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This can help cover unexpected costs and provide peace of mind.

5. Travel and Other Costs

   • This agreement covers only the cruise fare and associated amenities included in your booking.
   • Travelers are responsible for additional costs, including but not limited to airfare, ground transportation, pre-cruise hotel accommodations, and optional excursions.
