Payment Authorization & Agreement By signing below or submitting payment, I authorize SNS Elite Travel LLC to charge the payment method provided for the amount indicated on this invoice. I certify that I am an authorized user of this payment method and will not dispute the charge as long as it aligns with these Terms & Conditions. I understand that all payments made to SNS Elite Travel LLC are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments are immediately applied to contracted supplier reservations, administrative costs, group inventory, and service fees. Any potential refund offered by a supplier is solely at the discretion of that supplier, and is never guaranteed, even in the case of illness, emergencies, or schedule changes. Pricing Transparency & Service Fees I understand that the total cost of my trip may include: supplier costs group inventory costs administrative fees planning fees upcharges or service fees for international or specialty itineraries SNS Elite Travel LLC reserves the right to add reasonable service fees or upcharges to ensure profitability and coverage of labor, time, and administrative effort. I agree that these fees are non-refundable once payment is submitted. Role of SNS Elite Travel LLC I acknowledge that SNS Elite Travel LLC and its Independent Travel Advisors are not the owners or operators of airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, or any third-party suppliers (collectively, “Travel Suppliers”). SNS Elite Travel LLC shall not be held liable for: injury loss delays cancellations acts of God or weather vendor changes or any event outside of the agency's control Chargeback Waiver (Alabama Consumer Protection Compliant) I agree not to initiate a chargeback with my bank or credit card provider for any reason related to: supplier cancellation dissatisfaction with vendor services missed payments failure to purchase travel insurance failure to review or understand these Terms & Conditions changes in personal circumstances I understand that a chargeback attempt constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in: legal action collections activity forwarding of documentation proving authorization additional fees charged to the client SNS Elite Travel LLC retains the right to recover all costs associated with defending a chargeback. Travel Insurance Requirement I understand that travel insurance is the ONLY way to protect my travel investment in cases of: illness emergencies cancellations weather events job loss medical issues itinerary changes baggage loss supplier default SNS Elite Travel LLC highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance for every trip. Insurance Declination If I decline to purchase travel insurance, I acknowledge that: I am fully responsible for any financial loss I understand that all payments are non-refundable I waive all rights to hold SNS Elite Travel LLC liable for losses insurance could have covered I waive the right to any refund related to an uncovered event I agree to sign a separate Travel Insurance Declination Form if I choose not to purchase insurance. Late Payment & Cancellation Policy To protect group trips, contracted rates, and room inventory: If 30 days pass with no payment, my reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notice. A reinstatement fee will apply to reactivate a reservation. Reinstatement is subject to current pricing and availability, which may be higher. SNS Elite Travel LLC is not responsible for lost promotions or room categories due to late payment. Clients experiencing hardship should contact the agency before missing a payment deadline. Traveler Responsibility I confirm that: All travelers on my reservation have reviewed and accepted these Terms. I will provide accurate traveler information, including passport details. I understand that failure to comply with travel requirements (e.g., passport validity, entry forms, vaccine or testing mandates) is my responsibility. Binding Arbitration Clause (State of Alabama) I agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to services provided by SNS Elite Travel LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Alabama, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). No court litigation No jury trial Each party bears its own legal fees Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable This agreement applies to clients, travelers, heirs, successors, and representatives. Severability If any clause in this agreement is found invalid, all remaining clauses remain in full force.
