This form is the booking information needed to place your reservation on hold for tranquilo. Portugal 2027. It is a private form between myself, Steph Holmes with Worry-Free Wanderings, and you, the Escorted Guest. When you fill out this booking form, you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions for the trip to Portugal, the deposit amount, final payment date, and cancellation policy.

DATES: September 18–25, 2027 (7 nights) (you must arrive in Portugal by Saturday, September 18 which means your flight will need to leave on Friday, the 17th if you are flying from the USA)

We begin on the wild Atlantic coast of Comporta — an under-the-radar stretch of Portugal that most travelers have never heard of. Pine forests, rice paddies, warm September beaches, and some of the freshest seafood you will ever eat. Think: the kind of place where you actually exhale.

Then we move north to the Douro Valley during peak harvest season, where the terraced vineyards are full and the quintas are buzzing with the energy of vendima. We will be right in the middle of it. Two home bases. Two completely different sides of Portugal. One trip that does not feel like anything else out there.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurance is required to participate in tranquilo. Portugal 2027. At minimum, you must carry medical coverage for international travel. We strongly encourage Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage. After you complete this form and your deposit is received, I will send you a CFAR quote. You are also welcome to source your own policy, but coverage must be confirmed before your reservation is finalized.

Payment Schedule

To reserve your spot on Tranquilo: Portugal 2027, a non-refundable deposit of $1,036 per person is due at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total trip cost.

After your deposit is paid, you may continue making payments at your own pace, as long as the following payment milestones are met:

• 2nd Payment of 30% due by February 5, 2027
• 3rd Payment of 50% due by May 5, 2027
• Final Payment of 20% due by June 5, 2027
