Payment Plan Options:

You will be automatically set up to pay your initial deposit and Event Registration Fee and then your final payment by February 4, 2026.  If you would like to enroll in our Payment Plan for your Cruise Fare please select that option on your Passenger Information Form on this registration page.  We will set up your invoice to have equal monthly payments for your balance between now and the final payment date of February 4, 2026.  You can also pay your Event Registration Fee in two equal installments - just select that option when you complete your Passenger Information Form.  Installment Plans will be automatically charged during the term of the installment plan. 
 
Event Registration Fees:
Special Event Rate of $716.00 if you register by Season Opener Kick-Off on September 7, 2025 ($279.00 savings off regular event fee rate of $995.00)
  • The onboard program and events with the Buffalo Football Legends and our special guests are private and exclusive to our registered guests.  No other passengers on the ship outside of our group will be permitted into our group activities and events. 
  • Passengers who book directly with Celebrity Cruises will not be permitted in any of the program events or activities. 
  • The Event Registration Fee does not include credit card processing and convenience fees.

What is not included in your cruise fare:
  • The Buffalo Football Legends Event Registration Fees (invoiced separately once your cruise is deposited.)
  • Air transportation
  • Ground transportation or transfers to and from the ship. 
  •  Any additional Fuel or other Supplemental charges imposed by Celebrity Cruises will be passed on directly to passengers and are not subject to any additional discounts or promotions (including, but not limited to group discounts or special promotional sales).
  • Celebrity paid excursions
  • Specialty restaurants on the ship
  • Premium Wi-Fi (unless in the Retreat Suites)
  • Pre or post cruise hotel accommodations
 

Cabin Options Not Listed:

You must register and pay the event fee(s) and select an available cabin from the inventory list below.  If a 3rd, 4th, or 5th passenger is needed in the cabin, please kindly select "Need A Different Cabin" from the below package options and authorize $1.00 on your credit card (you will not be charged) and we will contact you directly within 24-72 hours to confirm.   Children between 6 months and 2 years old at time of sailing may be added to double occupancy state room at regular 3rd or 4th per passenger rates without additional approvals. 
Waitlist:
If you would like to be added to the waitlist for a Suite or any cabins with no availability, please describe and enter your request for that question on your Traveler Information Form below and we will contact you if your request becomes available.  
 

"SOLD OUT" Cabins:

If you are seeing SOLD OUT for the cabin type you want in the Available Packages section below, we may still be able to request additional inventory to be added to our group.  Please select the "Need a Different Cabin" option and let us know what you are looking for on the Traveler Information Form and we will contact you to discuss and see what can be done.  Nothing will be charged to your credit card until we confirm an added cabin or alternative for you. * Rates are subject to change once a category sells out.

Cruise Fare ONLY Cancellation Policy :

The below cancellation schedule and penalties will apply for all cancelled bookings for any reason.

Event Registration Fees Cancellation Policy:
Event Registration Fees are fully refundable up to seven (7) calendar days from purchase (less refund processing fees). Following seven days, Event Fees are non-refundable for any reason other than event cancellation by the organizer.
 

Travel Insurance:

Protect your investment!  We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Our policies provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption and medical benefits while travelling.  You can request a quote on your Traveler Information Form below.   NOTE: In order to maximize your trip protection for cancellations due to any pre-existing medical conditions or event cancellation, you must opt-in and purchase travel insurance within 14 days of your cruise fare deposit.  We will immediately send you a policy quote for purchase if you opt-in.
