Cruise Cancellation Penalties: In the event you cancel your cruise for any reason you are subject to the following penalties. Request for cancellations must be emailed to info@sojourntraveladvisors.com.

On or before November 7, 2025: No penalty
November 8, 2025 - January 7, 2026: $200.00 per person
January 8, 2026 - March 6, 2026: $400.00 per person
March 7, 2026 - April 7, 2026: 50% of total cruise fare
April 8, 2026 - May 10, 2026: 100% of total cruise fare

Event Registration Fees are refundable less processing fees up to seven (7) days from payment date. Following seven days, Event Fees are non-refundable unless event is cancelled by the organizer.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the 2026 Buffalo Football Legends Cruise is canceled due to insufficient registration, the registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee less any applicable processing fees regardless of said cancellation date as described above. Sojourn Travel Advisors, LLC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the registrants, including but not limited to hotel accommodations, airfare, ship transfers, ground transportation, cancellation penalties or fees imposed by Celebrity Cruise Line. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

Program Changes: Sojourn Travel Advisors, LLC reserves the right to modify the event schedule, featured players and/or talent, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Sojourn Travel Advisors control. No refunds will be issued for such changes unless the event is canceled due to insufficient number of registrations. Registration fees are non-transferable to any future events or individuals or other services unless explicitly stated.

Force Majeure: Sojourn Travel Advisors is not liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies such as a pandemic or war. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance.
