Global Celebrations Travel Planning Services: At Global Celebrations, we specialize in creating customized travel arrangements for both small and large groups. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Global Celebrations, and "you" refers to the customer signing this agreement.

 

  • Travel Planning Fee:

    • A non-refundable service fee is required to perform the professional services necessary to design and arrange your travels. The fee structure is tailored to the group size:
      • Up to 3 people: $50.00
      • 4 to 9 people: $100.00
      • 10 people: $200.00
      • For groups exceeding 10 people: An additional fee of $25.00 per person applies.
    • These fees are solely for planning services and are not applied toward the travel expenses incurred.

  • Vacation Planning Process:

    • Our team dedicates significant time to researching cruises, hotels, tours, and activities that meet your specific needs, coordinate transportation, and draft detailed itineraries.
    • If you choose not to book through us after receiving the quote, regardless of the reason, the planning fee is retained by us as compensation for services rendered.
    • Renewal of Planning Agreement: The initial planning fee covers consultations and itinerary preparations valid for 30 days and includes up to two destination changes. If bookings are not confirmed within these 30 days, or additional changes are needed thereafter, a new planning fee will be required.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • More than 30 days before departure: $50 cancellation fee.
    • 15 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total booking cost.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost.
    • These fees compensate for the resources and time spent planning your travel, which cannot be recovered once committed.

  • Insurance Recommendation:

    • We strongly advise purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance to protect your investment from unforeseen circumstances.

  • Acknowledgment of Agreement: 

  • No plans will proceed, and no proposals will be released until this form is executed and the appropriate fees are paid. By paying, you acknowledge and accept these terms, ensuring a transparent and mutually beneficial planning process.
