  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

  • November 4th, 2024 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.

  • November 5th, 2024 2 nights of room purchase must be paid.

  • February 5th, 2025 Remaining balance due.

 

Reminders:

  • The wedding is on May 22nd, 2025. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.

  • To be considered a part of Breanne and Devon’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Breanne and Devon with a deposit already paid on each room. Guests who book outside of this room block will be subject to wedding pass fee to attend each event.

 
 
 

Cancellation policy:

 

  • If you cancel your reservation before November 1st, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between November 1st, 2024 and February 1st, 2025, you may cancel up to 20% of your existing room nights without charge. A one room night per person charge will apply for room nights cancelled beyond the allowed 20%.

  • Between February 1st, 2025 and March 1st, 2025, room night reductions will result in the charge of two nights per person.

  • If you cancel your reservation,  no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after March 1st, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

 

Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
