Trip Dates: Tuesday, December 30, 2025 – Sunday, January 4, 2026

🌴 Day 1: Tuesday, December 30th – Arrival in Tulum

✈️ Airport Pickups Begin – You’ll be whisked away to the villa upon arrival!
🏡 Villa Check-In & Settle In – Drop your bags, grab a drink, and start soaking up the vibes.
🌮 Lunch + Light Exploring – Explore the property and surrounding area, grab tacos, and get grounded.
💃🏽 Welcome Party – Let’s kick off the takeover with music, dancing, and champagne.

Attend Salsa & Bachata Night + Food Truck Experience at La Palma Central in the heart of Tulum Centro.

🎉 Day 2: Wednesday, December 31st – New Year's Eve Adventure

💳 Non-Refundable Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit per person is required at the time of booking. This amount is immediately applied to lock in your spot  and is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

❌ Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and we always aim to be as flexible and transparent as possible. Below is our cancellation breakdown for the "New Year New Tulum". 

Initial Deposit ($100 per person) is non-refundable under any circumstance. This guarantees your spot and locks in the villa pricing for the group.

If you need to cancel your trip:

• ✅ After your 1st installment: You will receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the $100 deposit.

• ✅ After your 2nd installment: You will receive a 50% refund of all funds paid (excluding the $100 deposit).

• ❌ After your 3rd installment: Unfortunately, no refund can be issued as we are too close to the travel date (November 1, 2025) and funds have already been committed to the property and vendors.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

🧾 Agency Fee

All cancellations are subject to a 15% agency cancellation fee, calculated from the total cost of your booking. This fee is separate from any vendor penalties and is non-refundable.
