By signing below, I authorize Unforgettables to charge the payment method indicated on this invoice for agency service fees as described below.

Fee Types Covered by This Authorization

This authorization covers Unforgettables service fees only, including but not limited to:

• Planning and research fees
• Booking service fees
• Consultation fees
• Itinerary design fees
• Amendment/change fees
• Cancellation processing fees
• Administrative fees
• Communication and coordination fees

This authorization does NOT cover payments to suppliers/vendors (hotels, airlines, tours, etc.). Supplier payments require separate authorization.

Cardholder/Account Holder Certification

I certify that:

1. Authorization: I am the authorized cardholder/account holder or have explicit written permission from the authorized holder to use this payment method.
2. Traveler Requirement: The cardholder/account holder is a traveler listed on this booking, as required by our Terms & Conditions.
3. Accurate Information: All payment information provided is true, accurate, and current.
4. Sufficient Funds: I confirm adequate funds/credit are available to complete this transaction.
5. Identity Verification: I consent to identity and payment verification procedures, which may include contact with the card issuer or financial institution.

Payment Terms Understanding

I understand and agree that:

• Non-Refundable Agency Fees: All payments to Unforgettables for agency service fees are non-refundable once services are rendered, regardless of whether I proceed with booking, cancel my travel, or receive refunds from suppliers.
• Earned Upon Service: Agency fees are earned when services are provided (research completed, bookings made, consultations held, modifications processed), not when travel occurs.
• Separate from Supplier Refunds: Supplier refund policies are separate from Unforgettables's fees. If I receive a refund from a hotel, airline, or tour operator, Unforgettables's service fees remain non-refundable.
• Cancellation/Change Fees: If I cancel or modify my booking, I will be charged Unforgettables's cancellation or change processing fees in addition to any supplier penalties. These fees compensate for time and work already performed.
• No Chargeback Without Contact: I will contact Unforgettables directly with any billing concerns and allow 15 business days for resolution before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
• Chargeback Consequences: Filing an improper chargeback or payment dispute will result in:
  • A $250 administrative fee
  • Collection action for all amounts owed plus legal fees and costs
  • Permanent ban from using Unforgettables services
  • Possible reporting to authorities and credit agencies
  • Payment information may be flagged in industry-wide fraud prevention systems
• Fraud Prevention: Suspected fraudulent activity will result in immediate service termination, forfeiture of all payments, and potential legal action.
• Additional Charges: I may be responsible for additional charges including but not limited to: late payment fees, returned payment fees, and chargeback recovery costs.

Service Fee Examples

I understand that agency fees may include:

• Planning/Research Fees: Charged for destination research, itinerary planning, and travel consultation
• Booking Fees: Charged per booking or per traveler for reservation services
• Amendment Fees: Charged each time I request changes to existing bookings
• Cancellation Fees: Charged when I cancel all or part of my trip
• Communication Fees: Charged for extensive coordination, special requests, or complex itineraries
• Rush Service Fees: Charged for expedited booking requests

Specific fees applicable to my booking are detailed on the invoice above.

Legal Agreement

This authorization is a legally binding contract. By signing, I:

• Accept full responsibility for all agency service fees described on this invoice
• Agree to Unforgettables's complete Terms & Conditions
• Waive the right to dispute valid charges for services rendered
• Acknowledge these fees are separate from and in addition to supplier costs
• Understand agency fees are non-refundable regardless of trip cancellation
• Understand that electronic signatures are legally binding
