  • November 20th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Secrets Akumal
  • December 1st, 2025 is the due date of 40% of your room total.
  • February 1st, 2026 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
 

Reminders:

  • To be included in Isabella and Brandt’s wedding events, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Isabella and Brandt have secured group rates with a deposit already paid on each room for you. If you book outside of this group the resort may charge a wedding pass fee per person per wedding event to your room.

  • The wedding is on April 25th, 2026. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before December 1st, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

  • Between December 1st, 2025 and January 1st, 2026 up to 30% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

  • Between January 1st, 2026 and February 1st, 2026 up to 20% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

  • Between February 1st, 2026 and February 15th, 2026 up to 5% of the existing room nights may be cancelled without penalty. A penalty of 100% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 15th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

    If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on insurance providers terms.

    Secrets Akumal will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
