Where will you stay:

Guest will be hosted in 4-star Hotel Accommodations at Hotel Caparena in Taormina Sicily
There are 2 restaurants and 3 bars, some of which are on the beach. Other amenities include an exercise room, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, plus a wellness center with steam baths, massages and a hot tub. There's also a nightclub and a private beach. Free hotel shuttle service to/from Taormina city centre throughout the day.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

• Airport Transfers to/from the hotel*
• Travel Insurance is required but not included. You can purchase at booking or purchase your own and provide proof of coverage prior to arrival to the group trip

Itinerary:

Day 1 – September 25, 2024 – Arrival Day

Meal included: Welcome Dinner

Arrival Day* – Check-in at the designated hotel is 3:00 pm.  If you arrive sooner the hotel will hold your luggage while you start your exploration of Taormina!

Please have a VISA credit card for check-in for any room service or incidentals.  Note: Please have 4.00 euro cash on hand to pay at check-in. It is a mandatory city tax.

*The recommended airport for arrival is Catania Fontanarossa "Vincenzo Bellini" International Airport, Catania Sicily.  

Welcome Dinner at 8:30 pm – Location TBA*. All guests are expected to arrive at the dinner location by 8:15 pm if they will attend the Welcome Dinner.

Day 2 – September 26, 2024

Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch

Our trip will start with a Private guided tour of Taormina (including entrance fee at the Greek Theatre) with a three (3) course lunch

After a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, our local guide will lead us on a captivating, guided tour of Taormina's journey through its charming streets. Immerse us in the vibrant culture, perhaps indulging in some local shopping gems.

Enjoy the free evening for leisure.

Day 3 – September 27, 2024

Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch

After breakfast, our private guide will meet us at the hotel (Time TBA) and take us on a Private guided tour of Catania City, including lunch.   We will journey to Catania, the vibrant heart of the east coast, renowned for its captivating lava stone architecture. Explore the city's rich history at the stunning cathedral and the iconic Elephant Fountain, a symbol of Catania's unique character. We'll also visit the revered St. Agatha's Abbey and immerse ourselves in the lively atmosphere of the famous fish market, a true feast for the senses. After a delectable local 3 course lunch, we’ll have a leisurely afternoon to explore Catania at your own pace. Later in the day, we'll return to Taormina, where you can relax and reflect on the day's adventures, anticipating another enchanting day in Sicily.

Day 4 – September 28, 2024

Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch

After breakfast, we will meet our private guide for a VIP Catamaran Private half-day excursion to Isola Bella. Embrace the beauty of the Sicilian coast with a day of aquatic adventure! We set sail for Giardini Naxos, where a catamaran awaits. Our scenic voyage along the Taormina coastline offers breathtaking vistas of the Bay of Giardini Naxos, culminating in the natural wonder of the "natural pool" near Capo Taormina. Here, you can relax and swim while marveling at the Grotta del Giorno. Our nautical journey continues as we circle Isola Bella, catching glimpses of the famed Grotta Azzurra from the outside. As we glide along the coast, you'll have ample opportunities to soak in the stunning scenery and capture the perfect photos. Two refreshing swimming stops await in the tranquil waters of Capo Taormina and the expansive Bay of Spisone.

To set the perfect mood, the catamaran is equipped with a Bluetooth music station. After a delightful lunch on board, we'll return to the pier and whisk you back to your hotel.

Day 5 – September 29, 2024

Free Day of Leisure and Luxurious Farewell Dinner Cruise with a personal chef on board! 

On your final day in Taormina, I've left the canvas blank for you to paint your perfect ending to this unforgettable journey. Whether you're eager to explore the charming boutiques and markets for souvenirs, delve into an extra activity you've been eyeing, or simply pamper yourself with a relaxing spa session at the hotel, today is all about your leisurely desires. The beauty of Taormina beckons, and I invite you to savor every moment, creating your lasting impressions of this enchanting Sicilian gem.

Later in the evening (about 5:00 pm) our driver will meet us at the hotel and take us for an exclusive Luxurious Dinner Cruise with a personal chef on board!

As your journey in Taormina draws to a close, we've saved the most memorable evening for last. Picture this: a transfer to the pier, where you'll step aboard a Vintage Gulet for a farewell dinner like no other. Our skilled Chef will work their culinary magic, crafting a Sicilian feast that's a true celebration of flavors. 

Estimated Return to the hotel is 10:00 pm
