Personalized Flight Deal Adjustment – $15 Research Fee

At Keep Calm & Vacation, we understand that travel needs can vary, and sometimes the flights included in a resort package may not be the best fit for you.

That’s why we offer a Personalized Flight Deal Adjustment service for clients who:

  •  Want to book resort package but it does not include flights OR
  • Have already booked one of our resort packages with flights but need a different flight option or a departure from a different airport.
 

For a flat $15 research fee, we will:

  • Research and locate the best available flight that meets your specific needs.
  • Ensure your new flight selection aligns seamlessly with your (existing) resort package.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on price, schedule, and convenience.
 
 

This research fee covers the time spent carefully comparing flight options and securing the best alternative for you while keeping your resort stay, airport transfers, and all-inclusive experience intact.

Please be aware that changing your flight or departure airport can impact the overall pricing, which may not match the originally quoted amount.

  1. Changing of the resort (please select our other packages for a fully customizable resort + flights package)

At Keep Calm & Vacation we prioritize your travel needs by providing timely and accurate information. Our quote request process offers flexibility, choices, and the opportunity to secure the best price for your dream vacation.

Upon receiving your quote request, we deliver up to three comprehensive options within 3 business days. These quotes are curated to match your preferences, budget, and desired travel experience. We understand plans can change, so we offer two revisions to ensure the final quote aligns perfectly with your expectations. We also keep in mind the dates of travel when it comes to the timeframe of getting you your options.

Please note that vacation/package prices can fluctuate during the quote process due to market conditions. To secure the given price and avoid changes, we kindly request your response and feedback within 72 hours of receiving the initial quote. This prompt communication helps us lock in the price for you.

 

Cancellation policy:

Research & Service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
Without the minimum deposit, prices are subject to change at any time. We can only guarantee and hold the quoted prices once a payment is received. It's important to keep in mind that the quoted prices are valid and guaranteed only on the day the quote is sent to you.
 
The research inquiry fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Research inquiry fees are not reimbursable through any travel protection, if you cancel your trip, my time is valuable, and the research fee covers the hours put into making reservations and any possible cancellations.
