• Submitting information via this reservation form DOES NOT automatically confirm your reservation. Bohemia Wedding Travel will email you a confirmation with payment invoice after a payment has been processed correctly. You can always return to your invoice link to make payments.
• Your room booking will be emailed to you when you have paid for your room in full.
• Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
• It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.
• You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.

To be considered a part of Hailey and Colton’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Hailey and Colton have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block.

1. Secrets’ guests have access to Dreams’ Amenities; Dreams’ guests will only have access to the Dreams’ amenities and will not have access to Secrets’ amenities.
2. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
3. Guests of all ages have access to common areas and Wedding Events.
4. Secrets Bahia Mita is strictly 18+. Based on age at time of check-in.
5. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
6. Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as Ocean View rooms.
7. January 17th, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
8. Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
9. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
