What's Not Included
  • Hotel is NOT included in the price of the trip.  NOTE:  Our primary meeting point will be the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel and this is where we recommend you stay for this trip.  You will be responsible for payment of your hotel room upon arrival at hotel.  We have provided a variety of hotel options for all budgets.  Please ensure you note your hotel preferences in the Client Information Form included on this registration form.  By completing this registration and deposit, you are authorizing Sojourn Travel Advisors to reserve a room on your behalf using your credit card authorized for this registration.    If you do not require a hotel for this event, please notify us immediately by emailing:  andy@sojourntraveladvisors.com

Day 1:
Arrive and Check in at Hotel
Welcome Toast on lakeside at Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel
 
Day 2:
South Hill Cider (AM)
Lunch and Cider-Making at Finger Lakes Cider House
Black Diamond Farm and Cider (PM
Group Dinner at Graft Wine & Cider Bar (cost not included)
 
Day 3:
Idiot Brothers Cider (AM)
Lunch - Sapalta on Seneca Lake (included)
Apple Barrel Orchards (PM)
 
Day 4:
Guided Nature Walk at Taughannock Falls State Park (client drives to location)

Payment, Terms and Cancellation Policy

Price:  $1,125 + cost of hotel 

Registration deadline June 30, 2025.

Non-refundable $250 deposit.   In the event trip does not achieve a minimum fully paid twenty five guests, deposit is fully refundable.  
Final payment due June 30, 2025.  
Credit card authorization upon registration for trip deposit and hotel booking/hold. 
Hotel accommodations, trip registration and additional travel requests related to trip managed exclusively by Sojourn Travel Advisors, LLC.
