📆 Cancel on or before April 22, 2026 (91+ days before departure):
→ Forfeit deposit only. Any additional funds may be eligible for future travel credit (not cash) at the discretion of the organizer.

📆 Cancel between April 23 – May 22, 2026 (90–61 days before departure):
→ Up to 50% of additional payments may be issued as future travel credit (not cash), minus the deposit. Case-by-case basis.

📆 Cancel between May 23 – June 22, 2026 (60–31 days before departure):
→ Up to 25% of additional payments may be issued as future travel credit (not cash), minus the deposit.

🚫 Cancel on or after June 23, 2026 (30 days or less before departure):
→ No refunds or credits of any kind. Your room and excursions are pre-paid and guaranteed. This is why travel insurance is strongly recommended.
