Travel with Elegant Galas – Cancellation & Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a deposit or any payment is made, funds are non-refundable, and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, credits, or vouchers are determined by the vendor’s cancellation policy, not Travel with Elegant Galas. Travel protection is strongly recommended but is non-refundable once purchased; eligible claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.

All cancellation requests must be submitted directly through the Travel Joy portal .This ensures your request is properly documented and processed in a timely manner.

Please note: No-shows result in a 100% loss of funds, and any agency service fees are also non-refundable. By making a deposit or payment toward your booking, you agree that chargebacks are not to be used as a refund method. Chargebacks are not an appropriate way to bypass our cancellation and refund policy. Travel with Elegant Galas will dispute any chargeback and reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities.

Cancellation Charges: Deposits are non-refundable. However if canceled more than 60 days before the travel date, you can transfer it to another date or trip. If canceled less than 60 days before the trip, Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the balance amount: Less than 60 days prior 50% of cost.  Having travel insurance protects your full amount once claim is filed less insurance cost.
