Honolulu (HNL) - NOTE: many flights to the East Coast of the US will arrive home on 4/6/2027

Honolulu Trip Price:  $975 plus Airfare

Price does not include:

  • Airfare to Honolulu Airport.  Flights must be booked by Travelmation with specific flight arrival and departure times to allow for shared ground transportation.  Once you have registered, we will manage the flight booking and authorization process along with flight monitoring services on travel days.

  • Unaccompanied Minor Fees (for students that do not meet the minimum age with their respective airline)

  • 4 nights in Honolulu (4 person shared accommodations – 2 students of the SAME SEX per bed, generally 4 students per room)

  • Entrance fee to Polynesian Cultural Center
  • Entrance fee to Pearl Harbor Memorial
  • City Tour
  • Edelweiss Tours coordinators and chaperones 

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are very limited and subject to the cancellation policies of the Tour Operator and Airline booked.   It is strongly recommended you choose to purchase the add on for the optional Travel Insurance with Cancel For Any Reason coverage.

Registration, flight bookings, payments, and cancellations are all processed by Travelmation and Travelmation Flights.

Students are housed 3 to 4 in a room with  2 students of the same gender in the same double size bed.
 
There are a limited number of spaces if you would like to have a bed to yourself.  The cost includes the room supplemental cost plus administrative and credit card fees associated with this option.
