DAY 1 – June 14, 2025: ARRIVAL MADRID
Arrival at Madrid Airport. The group will by greeted by an English-speaking assistant to transfer from the airport to your hotel. Check in when available and get settled.
In the evening, we will visit the best tapas places and hideouts in the city. They know all there is to know about tapas. You will visit 3 emblematic venues and enjoy drinks and authentic tapas at each stop. For centuries, Madrid has had the finest farm products and the bounty from the seas. Take the chance to taste Iberian ham, chorizo, local cheese, gazpacho, croquettes…

DAY 2
– June 15 2025:
MADRID

Today, enjoy a panoramic tour and Royal Palace visit.
Visit one of Madrid’s most important sights in a half day morning tour. Enter the Royal Palace and admire one of the best-preserved palaces in Europe.
Skip the lines and dive right into the history of this beautiful palace. Did you know its size is double the one of Buckingham Palace? Build in an Italian baroque style, it was the former residence of the Spanish Monarchy from 1766 to 1931. Nowadays, it still is a great example of the establishment of Madrid as the capital of the kingdom. Today, it holds the most important receptions of the Spanish Crown. Know the audiences, dinner parties and signature of agreements celebrated through the years. Walk around the Armory Square. Marvel at the beautiful tapestries and elegant furniture. Follow your guide through the Grand Staircase, the Throne Room and the Banqueting Hall, among others. Once the guided tour finishes, board your bus to go to the Prado Museum. 
  • Uncover the best of Prado Museum while getting to know the unknown stories behind the masterpieces accompanied by an expert guide.
  • The museum is home to over 20,000 works of art – paintings, drawings, sculptures, and more. Conveniently navigate through them in your chosen tour language.

Rest of the day is free to explore at your leisure. ( Visit El Rastro Flea Market,  El Retiro Park-Crystal Palace)
DAY 3
– June 16 2025:
TOLEDO

After breakfast, we will leave the city towards Toledo. Discover, relax and enjoy the scenery on the way to the city. Follow your local guide on a walking tour of the Historic City of Toledo, World Heritage City since 1986. Once Spain’s capital, it is a perfect mix of Arab, Jewish and Christian cultures. We´ll visit the Cathedral of Toledo, considered one of the most important Gothic Cathedrals in Spain. Admire the stained-glass windows decorating the 36 naves and discover the history of this great monument. See more than ten paintings by El Greco and wander around the location listening to your guide. Right after the visit we will walk to the Synagogue of Sta. Maria la Blanca. Originally built as a synagogue, it was expropriated and became a Church only 211 years after it opened its doors. Today, it is a fantastic museum of Mudejar (Arabic) style that you will visit. Admire the world-famous painting by El Greco – The Burial of the Count of Orgaz – at the Church of St. Tomé. After the tour, return to Madrid.
DAY 4
– June 17 2025
MADRID – SEVILLA (B)
Check out of the hotel and transfer to the railway station in Madrid.
Travel by high-speed train from Madrid to Sevilla, watching the rolling Spanish landscapes whizz by your window.
Upon arrival in Sevilla, meet your English-speaking assistant for the transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon, enjoy a very artistic walk through the city of Seville. You will discover monuments such as the Giralda or the Cathedral of Santa María de la Sede, the Mudejar architecture and many other elements that constitute the Andalusian historical and artistic heritage. You will be shocked by the Gothic-Mudejar beauty of the Reales Alcázares and amazed by the dimensions of the Cathedral of Saint Mary, both buildings declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Walk through the streets and the courtyards of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter of Seville, where it was established the second largest Jewish community in Spain.

DAY 5
– June 18, 2025:

In the evening, join to enjoy the duende (magic and charm) of an authentic flamenco show. Feel the intimacy, warmth and closeness of this ancient culture. Dive into the experience and free your senses with this captivating dance.
DAY 6
– June 19, 2025:
CÓRDOBA
(B/L)
Depart in the morning for the southern city of Córdoba. Once arrived, we will discover one of the most beautiful and unique buildings in the world, the Mosque. This monument, a World Heritage site, offers us an exceptional journey through the History of Art and Architecture.
Next, we will start visiting the wonderful Jewish Quarter of Cordoba, full of life, shops, its most emblematic streets like as the alley of flowers, a joy for the senses, to the plaza of the great Maimonides.
After the tour, we’ll head to a local farm nearby where they produce olive oil. Here we will learn about its production and have the opportunity to taste the
Spanish gold drink, with lunch included. Return to Seville afterwards.
DAY 7
– June 20 2025:

Check out of the hotel in the morning. A private transfer will take the group to the railway station to take the high-speed train. Arrive in Barcelona and transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon at leisure.

DAY 8
– June 21 2025:
BARCELONA

Today, enjoy a three-hour hands-on cooking class where you will learn the secrets of preparing traditional Spanish and Catalan dishes with the guidance of our chefs. The four mouthwatering courses utilize the freshest seasonal ingredients and include starters, dessert, and of course, a famous paella. People will enjoy their creations along with our own private label red and white wines.
After the cooking class for lunch, we will discover the city center in a walking tour with a knowledgeable guide. Free time after the tour and you can return to the hotel on your own.
