All your payments to Thomas Exclusive Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This is because Thomas Exclusive Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, villas, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds after booking to guarantee our group discounts, however you can cover the full cost of your trip by purchasing travel insurance.  This would protect your investment from missed flights, medical emergencies or cancellations.  To take full advantage of travel protection, it must be purchased within 14 days of your deposit. Please email us at info@thomasexclusivetravel.com if you would like to purchase travel protection on your investment.   

Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and ID.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.

Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your account.  You will be sent automated reminders. 

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the stateroom is cancelled and is not replaced with a new roommate.

Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee with management approval.

Late payment of $100 per person is required after the final due date.

All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline.

Roommate Payments -roommates must complete separate registration from and submit their deposit within 24 hours of one another to secure a   reservation if they intend payment of separate deposits.

Resorts and hotels have the right to either forfeit or charge an additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.
