Due Dates:
- August 30th, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres.

Reminders:
- The wedding celebrations are on Friday, May 9th and Saturday, May 10th, 2025. Please make sure your trip falls during those two dates. You can add days before or after, whichever ever you’d prefer! But keep in mind the resort requires 3 nights minimum
- To be considered a part of Elif and Florent’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured through a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Grand Palladium as part of the wedding group.
- When adding a Connecting Suite to Junior Suite Garden Lagoon Suite, a minimum of triple adult occupancy is required between the connecting rooms. Connecting Suites are subject to availability. Please contact Bohemia Wedding Travel regarding the availability.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation before September 30th, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between September 30th, 2024 and November 30th, 2024, by 20% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 20% a 1 night penalty per room will apply. (Based on category cancelled) If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between November 30th, 2024 and January 5th, 2025, by 15% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 15% a 2 night penalty per room will apply. (Based on category cancelled) If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between January 5th, 2025 and February 10th, 2025, by 5% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 5% a 2 night penalty per room will apply. (Based on category cancelled) If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
If you cancel your reservation, no show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 10th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

For Elif and Florent’s wedding, we have secured direct, non-stop transfers with Mayaland at $85 per person, round trip.
We !!highly!! recommend that you select to include ground transportation when placing your room deposit so that you won’t forget about this later and possibly become stranded at the airport with only expensive options.
