    • Apr 1–May 19, 2026: $250 penalty + $100.00 per person non-refundable group placement fee

    • May 20–Jun 13, 2026: 50% penalty + $100.00 per person non-refundable group placement fee

    • Jun 14–Jun 28, 2026: 75% penalty + 100.00 per person non-refundable group placement fee

    • Jun 28–sailing: 100% penalty

  • Name Changes: $50 per person (at least one original traveler must remain).

  • Travel Documents: Passport strongly recommended (valid 6 months past return). Birth certificate + government ID accepted for U.S. born citizens.

  • Travel Insurance: Highly recommended.

  • Book flights into New Orleans (MSY).

  • Arrive one day early to avoid travel delays.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are non-refundable. Your cancellation must be received in writing to camille@twinworldtravel.com 

NAME CHANGES: Name changes for $50 per name.  PLEASE NOTE: complete names change of everyone on the reservation are not allowed. At least 1 original traveler who booked in the room must remain on the reservation at all times, otherwise, this is considered a full cancellation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for your vacation investment. Travel Insurance can protect you if you need to cancel after final payment, your luggage gets lost, you get hurt on your trip and more. The cost for travel insurance is usually around 5-10% of the cruise rate. Factors such as state of residency, age of traveler and trip destination are all included in determining the cost. 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Currently, only proof of citizenship (birth certificate) and a government-issued photo ID is required to cruise to the ports on our schedule. However, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take a PASSPORT or on your cruise. Without a passport, you will not be permitted to fly into or depart some of the places visited by air if necessary, even in case of an emergency.
