All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.
All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to the total amount of the trip, tour, or event.
This will be read as a convenience fee on your invoice.
This fee is nonrefundable.
Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date.

Monthly Payment amount will vary depending on your deposit amount
Participants will have the option to select Automatic Payments or Standard Payments.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS:
Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.

A valid passport is required
Passport must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure.
Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission.
It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport.
Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate.
No refunds will be issued.

A valid Tourist Visa for Ghana is required
