Travel Notes:
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. A passport is recommended and must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. For this sailing your passport should not expire on or before July 6, 2026.
- When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise departs from Orlando (Port Canaveral), Florida, on January 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM local time. You are required to be at the dock no later than 2:00 PM. It is strongly suggested to arrive in Orlando one day before the cruise departs to avoid any travel delays.
- The cruise concludes in Orlando (Port Canaveral), Florida, on January 9, 2026, at 6:30 AM local time. Please allow up to an hour for the gangway to open for disembarkation. When booking return flights, schedule your departure for no earlier than late morning to allow sufficient time for disembarkation and travel to the airport.
- You are required to secure your own transportation to and from the airport.
- When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or a payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan. You can opt out of this program by emailing us at info@joycefuldestinationstravel.com after you make your reservations
- We recommend starting to look for flights approximately 9 months prior to departure date. Many travel sites allow you to set alerts to notify you when prices drop.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents , itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent electronically.
