Additional Information:
- Deposits and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend protecting your investment with travel insurance.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued PASSPORT.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Traveling abroad requires passports to be valid for six (6) months beyond travel dates. For this Whisking Experience, your passport should NOT expire before September 2026.
- Traveling to Arusha requires a passport, which MUST be valid for six months beyond your travel dates
- When making your reservations, you can pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our automatic monthly payment plan.
- If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due. Payments are deducted on the 15th of the month.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be emailed 30 days or earlier before travel.
- If you select a land-only package, you will need to coordinate your pick-up with the hotel upon your arrival.
