Flight Disclaimer: While efforts will be made to accommodate travel companions together, such arrangements cannot be guaranteed unless both parties have completed their payments by the specified deadline.

 

Approximately 3-4 months prior to departure, you will receive flight options along with estimated pricing. You'll be asked to select your preferred flight. If your payments do not cover the cost of the proposed flights, we will inform you. Once your payment is made, new flight options will be sent to you. It is essential to choose your flights promptly to avoid losing your preferred choice. This new flight arrangement has been implemented to provide you with more options for your travel.

- Villa Payments: All payments made towards villa accommodations are non-refundable. We commit to these bookings in advance to ensure the best experience for our members, which means we are unable to refund these payments should you need to cancel. (Deposits are non-refundable)

- Flight Cancellations: Flight cancellations are subject to the individual airline's policy. Many airlines offer refunds or credits for future travel, but terms can vary greatly. We recommend reviewing your airline’s cancellation policy at the time of booking.

- Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations, such as medical emergencies, unexpected changes in plans, and more. It's a small price to pay for peace of mind and financial protection.
