Terms and Conditions

 PASSPORTS
Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Without compliance, boarding will be denied, and no refunds or exceptions will be granted for international travel. The Travel Advisor is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR AIR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY!

 HONEYMOON & ANNIVERSARY TRAVELERS
You MUST bring a copy of your marriage certificate to qualify for any complimentary honeymoon or anniversary package (a photocopy is recommended). Failure to present such proof will result in denial of these complimentary privileges (if applicable). PLEASE inform your agent if you are celebrating a Honeymoon or Anniversary so it can be noted in your reservation. Resorts typically honor these packages up to 30 days before or after your honeymoon/anniversary date.

 CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
ANY changes made to your existing reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, penalties, and terms at the time of the change.

 FINAL PAYMENT
The final payment MUST be received by the due date provided by your advisor. Final payments are not automatically charged. Please mark your calendar with this date, as reminders may not always be sent, although we try to send reminders about a week beforehand.

 CANCELLATION PENALTIES
Please review the cancellation penalties related to your trip. If you do not have them, ask your Travel Advisor for a copy. Airline tickets are 100% non-refundable and are subject to individual airline penalties/fees (see insurance below).

 TRAVEL INSURANCE
This is highly recommended! Please discuss coverage and costs with your Travel Advisor as it is an important component of your trip.

 TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN
Children under 18 not traveling with both parents or legal guardians may need a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel outside the United States and provide emergency medical care. Refer to this website for more information and sample letters: [Minor Travel Forms](http://www.globetrektravel.com/minortravelforms.pdf). The Travel Advisor is not responsible for any failure to provide proper documentation to airport authorities. It is the traveler and the traveler’s parents/guardians’ responsibility to provide proper documentation.

 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel documents will be sent no later than seven (7) days before departure. Review these documents immediately for any errors such as misspellings or incorrect dates and notify your Travel Advisor promptly. Included in your travel documents (if airfare is part of your package) are the airlines’ electronic ticket receipts. Boarding passes are printed during online check-in or at the airport when showing passports and checking in luggage. Carry your travel documents, passport, and a major credit card for any baggage fees.

 BAGGAGE FEES
Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies, it is suggested to check your airline's website for the most current fees & information. The Travel Advisor is not responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. BAGGAGE FEES ARE NOT PART OF AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE! Review "Updated Checked Bag and Carry-on Bag Rules" at [TSA.gov](https://www.TSA.gov) or your airlines' website.

 AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, airlines change flight schedules or may even cancel flights. These changes are beyond our control. We will do our best to assist you with finding alternate options. For minor flight time changes (2 hours or less), airlines will automatically update you. For major changes, your advisor will notify you. It is the passenger's responsibility to check for last-minute flight changes within 24 hours prior to departure.

 RE-CONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS
Your Travel Advisor advises you to reconfirm your flight schedule within 24 hours before departure directly with the airline in case of any last-minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow online check-in 24 hours prior to departure using the “Record Locator” found in your documents.

 AIRLINE CHECK-IN
Check in with your airline at the airport no later than 90 minutes before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights’ scheduled departure.

 RESORT CHECK-IN
Most resorts' check-in time is 3:00 pm (local time). If you arrive earlier, your room may not be ready but your resort will store your luggage securely so you can start enjoying your vacation immediately. Change into something more comfortable and relax until your room is ready for check-in.

 DRESS CODE
Some hotels/resorts have dress codes. Please check with your Travel Advisor or your hotel before packing for your trip.
