What we do:

  • We currently book full service travel packages including all inclusive resorts, airport transfers, airfare, and excursions/activities in destination!
  • If you're celebrating a birthday, family vacation bachelorette trip, girls getaway, baecation, guys weekend, you name it, we are here to help you create the best vacation experience!
  • In 2023 and Beyond, we are focused on Luxury on a Budget! This means, we are splurging but making sure to budget for the splurge! All of our vacation packages are purposely marketed well in advance to give our vacationers the opportunity to pay in installments if needed!
 
 

Who we are:

  • Breeze Travels, LLC is Owned and Operated by Tracy Hollis.
  • All Vacation Packages are created by Tracy Hollis, Agency Owner and Lead Travel Agent.
  • We are Group Travel Specialist , Cruise Specialist and Specialize in All Inclusive Caribbean Destination Travel.
 
 
 

Working with us:

  • We take the guess work out of travel planning and work to have a seamless and streamlined system!
    • When a client is interested in using our travel services, all clients will receive a client inquiry form that will assist us in creating the vacation of their dreams! We ask questions that will help us get to know you and help us ensure we are creating a package that fits all your needs!
    • Once we receive the client inquiry form, we get to work! We will create a proposal for you with up to three options! Generally, we focus on one destination but may include up to two destinations per proposal depending on the client's wishes!
    • We ask our clients to give us up to 5 days to create amazing packages for them! For groups of 10 rooms or more (10-20 guests), we ask clients to allow us up to 10 business days. For larger groups, this timeframe may be extended due to inventory and how soon in advance you are seeking information regarding your group! 
 
 
 
 

Fees:

  • We charge a small non-refundable retainer fee of $45 per booking to begin the travel planning process. This helps to ensure our clients are serious about utilizing our services.

This retainer fee is non-refundable. Please understand, making payment is your agreement and understanding that you are entering into a relationship to begin working with Breeze Travels, LLC travel agency and services will be rendered within the timeframe outlined below.
