  • YOU MUST BE 25 OR OVER TO JOIN US. Our event is for mature adults only.
  • Everyone must reserve with Caribbean Travel Queen travel agency ONLY or you will not be a part of our group or participate with any of our group events! Wristbands will be provided at check-in. All of our events are exclusive and private.
  • All rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. If sold out you must book the next available room.
  • A VALID PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE RETURN DATE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT. 
  • Due to strict contractual obligations for the "Resort Buyout" everyone must adhere to the payment agreement from the resort. This trip is NON REFUNDABLE for ANY REASON UNLESS WE CANCEL. If the trip is canceled by YOU or if you are canceled because you breach the contract by not paying your monthly payments or final payments, you will not receive a refund or travel credit- No Exceptions.
  • You have the option to purchase EXTERNAL travel insurance. You will receive a link to get a quote for insurance.  If your trip is canceled, you must submit your claim to the company that you've purchased the insurance from and not Celeste at Caribbean Travel Queen. For questions about the insurance policy and coverage you will need to contact the insurance company directly.  You can also choose to purchase trip insurance from ANY independent insurance company of your choice.
  • We are extending the option for you to pay monthly payments or Pay in fullThe credit card company charges a one time credit card transaction fee, the amount will be listed on your invoice and is divided into each of your monthly payments.  If your reservation is paid in full at the time of booking only, the fee will be refunded.  Everyone on the reservation must be paid in full to receive the refund, no exceptions.  This mandatory fee is a convenience fee from the credit card processing company and is NOT optional and is NOT charged by Caribbean Travel Queen. If you pay in full we will waive the credit card processing fee ONLY if the full reservation for all parties on the reservations is paid in full at the time of booking. 
  • Monthly payments are divided equally and is based on the cost of your package after your initial deposit.  Your first payment will start on the 15th of the following month.  
  • To join this trip, EVERYONE will be required to turn the autopay at the time of booking OR pay monthly payments on the 15th of each month. The monthly payment is not optional. If you have the autopay on and the attempt to charge your monthly payment is unsuccessful, you will receive an email to provide a new card. If your autopay is declined or your payment is not received, on the 5th day, the 20th of the month a $50.00 late fee will be automatically added to your reservation, this is not optional. If your payment is still not paid on the 10th day, on the 25th of the month your trip will be automatically canceled and all money will be forfeited.  This will be monitored and strictly enforced. 
  • There is a reinstatement fee of $100.00 if your trip is canceled and you wish to reinstate your trip, provided the room is still available. This reinstatement fee and any past due payments and late fees must be paid prior to reinstatement. Please be mindful of who you are rooming with.  If your roommate voluntarily cancels OR is canceled from your reservation for non payment of the monthly payments, your reservation will be immediately changed to a higher single occupancy rate and you will receive an adjusted higher invoice. 
  • The final payment due date is APRIL 15, 2026.  Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will incur a late penalty of $200.00 per person on April 16, 2026.  There is no grace period for the final payment fee. This mandatory fee will be automatically added to your invoice. After the fee is charged, the trip must be paid in FULL within 15 days, or your reservation will be cancelled and all monies forfeited. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. This will be monitored and enforced for this trip.
  • Registration must be reserved in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Nicknames are not permitted. Any requested name changes/corrections or adding guests to your room will incur a $100 change fee.
  • If your reservation is a double or triple occupancy reservation, and your roommate (s) withdraws from the trip voluntarily or because of breach of contract, YOU will be changed to the higher occupancy rate unless a roommate is replaced. The name change fee for a new roommate is $100.  Once the mandatory fee is paid on the invoice, the new passenger's name will be changed.
  • CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations or change requests must be sent in writing through your last statement. All changes made after the contract is signed and the deposit is paid will be charged a $100 change fee. The mandatory change fee must be paid BEFORE the change is made. Phone calls and/or text messages will NOT be accepted for ANY change requests on this trip.  Please click on your statement and click on ask a question to make a request. Upon receipt of notification, an email will be sent acknowledging your cancellation or change with the link to pay the change fee. Please be mindful There are no refunds or credits for ANY reason.  There will be a mandatory form to fill out for flight details.  We can not accept pictures, texts or emails for flights.  Only the form will be accepted for flight details. Flight details is due on or before June 1, 2026. 
  • Damage to Functional Space- Each individual traveler will be responsible to pay for any damage to the function space, guest rooms or public area that occur while using the facilities. However, you will not be responsible for ordinary wear and tear or damage that can show was caused by a person other than yourself.  Please bring extra cash or a credit card to cover damages.  You will not be able to leave the property until you pay for the damage that you've caused.

 

Credit Card Authorization

By providing my credit card information and/ or turning on the autopay feature, I authorize Caribbean Travel Queen/ Travel Joy to charge the credit card, debit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice including the mandatory credit card convenience fee.  I understand that all payments made to Caribbean Travel Queen  are non-refundable for ANY REASON unless the trip is canceled by Caribbean Travel Queen,   I am confirming that I was offered the option to purchase insurance from an independent insurance company.   I understand that if canceled I am required to email my cancellation request to Caribbean Travel Queen and contact the insurance company to submit a claim.  I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit or debit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.  If a false dispute is made I will be fully responsible to pay Caribbean Travel Queen, LLC  for ALL fees, including legal fees and or bank fees that will incur in pursuing and recovering the funds for the false dispute.
