DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY (subject to change)
DAY 1 – FEBRUARY 16, 2027 | DEPART THE USA
Today you’ll depart the United States for Kenya. Sit back, relax, and get ready for an unforgettable journey to East Africa. Overnight onboard your international flight.
DAY 2 – FEBRUARY 17, 2027 | ARRIVE IN NAIROBI
Welcome to Kenya! Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), you’ll be greeted by our local team, receive a short welcome briefing, and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy dinner and a restful overnight in Nairobi as you prepare for the adventure ahead.
DAY 3 – NAIROBI CITY TOUR
After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Nairobi’s highlights. Today’s experiences include visits to the Giraffe Centre, Elephant Orphanage, and lunch at the iconic Carnivore Restaurant. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit local children’s homes.
Return to your hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight.
DAY 4 – NAIROBI TO MAASAI MARA
After breakfast, travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley, stopping at a viewpoint for photos along the way.
Continue on to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and soak in your surroundings. Dinner and overnight in the Maasai Mara. (Full Board)
DAY 5 – FULL DAY MAASAI MARA
After breakfast, head out for a morning game drive in search of the Big Five—lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo—along with an abundance of other wildlife. The Maasai Mara is world-famous for its rich ecosystem and incredible wildlife sightings.Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
DAY 6 – MAASAI MARA TO MOMBASA
After breakfast, travel back toward Nairobi and board the afternoon train to Mombasa, departing at approximately 3:00 PM.
Upon arrival, you’ll be met and transferred to the coast. Dinner and overnight in the Diani Beach area.
DAY 7 – DIANI BEACH | LEISURE DAY
Today is all about rest and relaxation. Enjoy the white sands and turquoise waters of Diani Beach at your own pace.
Whether you choose to lounge by the beach, enjoy resort amenities, or explore locally, this day is yours.
Overnight in Mombasa (Diani).
DAY 8 – FEBRUARY 24, 2027 | DEPART MOMBASA
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Moi International Airport (MBA) in Mombasa for your journey home.
Depart Kenya with unforgettable memories of safari adventures, cultural connections, and beachside bliss.

If You Choose the Land-Only Package
Your Kenya experience begins on February 17, 2027, which is the official hotel check-in date.

You are responsible for arranging your own international flights and airport transfers.

Please plan to arrive in time for the designated group meet-up on February 17.
ROOM & BEDDING NOTICE
Room assignments are handled directly by each hotel and lodge, and while we always advocate for our travelers, bedding types cannot be guaranteed.
Requests such as one king bed or two separate beds will be submitted on your behalf, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your preference. However, final room and bedding configuration is at the discretion of the hotel at check-in and is based on availability.
Our goal is always to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but flexibility is appreciated.
If You Choose the Full Package
Your journey begins on February 16, 2027, departing from JFK with the group.

Your international group flight is scheduled to leave on February 16.

You will arrive in Kenya on February 17 and proceed with the group to the hotel for check-in.
This difference ensures that both Land-Only guests and Full Package guests are aligned upon arrival and begin the experience together on February 17.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE AIRPORTS
Please review the airport information for this journey:
Arrival Airport – Nairobi
You will arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi at the start of the trip.
Departure Airport – Mombasa
You will depart from Moi International Airport (MBA) in Mombasa at the end of the trip.
Because this is an open-jaw itinerary (arriving in one airport and departing from another), please double-check your flight arrangements to ensure accuracy if you are booking your own airfare.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months after return date and contain two blank pages.
Visa: Kenya requires a tourist visa. Travelers are responsible for securing their own visas.
Rooming: If you do not have a roommate by final payment, your booking may be changed to single occupancy, with adjusted pricing.
Pricing: Subject to change until the deposit is submitted and booking is confirmed.
