All visitors must hold a valid passport or appropriate travel documents.

Valid entry visas are mandatory for all visitors to Ghana and take 15 days to process. 

Single entry visas are valid for three months and must be used within three months from the date of issue; this visa type allows for one-time use.

Travelers  must be vaccinated against Yellow Fever when entering or passing through Ghana.

 All visa applications must be submitted online at www.ghanaembassydc.org.

This trip is non-refundable and can only be transferred to the Cape Town trip scheduled for January 6–13, 2026. All transfers must be made 90 days prior to departure date.We strongly recommend purchasing separate travel insurance to protect your trip in case of emergencies that may result in cancellation.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If full payment is not received at least 60 days before departure and no communication has been made to arrange or complete payment, Travel Babes reserves the right to cancel your trip.

Refund Eligibility
• For Trips 5 Days or Less:
You may request a refund (excluding the initial deposit) if your cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
 
 
• For Trips Longer Than 5 Days:
You may request a refund (excluding the initial deposit) if your cancellation is made at least 120 days prior to the scheduled departure date.

 Trip Credit Transfer
If you need to cancel within 90 days of your trip (or 120 days for trips over 5 days), your funds will not be eligible for a refund. However, all payments made (excluding the initial deposit) can be transferred to a future trip scheduled to take place within 90 days of your original travel date.

Non-Refundable Deposit
Please note that all initial deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
