Important Booking Information and Terms

  1. Room and Rate Availability:

    • No space is being held at this time.
    • Rooms and rates are subject to availability.

  2. Hotel Substitutions:

    • If the selected hotel or room category is unavailable, similar accommodations within the same category will be provided.

  3. Rate Adjustments:

    • Any changes in the number of nights, travelers, or travel dates will result in a rate adjustment.
    • Rates are not valid during special events or festival periods.
    •  Please book early to secure the current pricing.

  4. Deposits and Payments:

    • A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required to secure the booking.
    • A second deposit may be required earlier depending on the hotel/supplier policy.
    • Full and final payment must be completed by the due date of September 2, 2025.
    • Additional deposits may be required earlier as per hotel or supplier terms.

  5. Bedding Preferences:

    • Please specify your bedding preference at the time of confirmation. While we will communicate this to the hotel, it remains subject to the hotel’s availability.

  6. Hotel Check-In and Check-Out:

    • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
    • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  7. Passport and Visa Requirements:

    • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the trip departure date.
    • It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify passport validity and visa requirements well in advance.

  8. Transfers:

    • The quote includes a one-time airport arrival and departure transfer. Additional charges will apply for separate arrivals or departures.( transfer times TBA)

  9. Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • SimpliTravel by Kim LLC is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, or lost baggage. In such situations, we advise contacting the airline directly.

  10. Travel Insurance:

    • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as flight delays, missed connections, or lost luggage. You can select the travel insurance option at checkout.
 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Payments and Refunds:
    All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. SimpliTravel by Kim LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors that prevent us from obtaining refunds after booking. This policy enables us to offer competitive package prices and flexible monthly payment options.

  2. Payment Compliance:
    To maintain your booking, monthly payments must be made per your group contract. Failure to stay up to date with payments may result in the cancellation of your travel arrangements.

  3. Travel Insurance:
    Your trip is a significant investment, and we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect it. Some countries require travel insurance for entry. If you would like a quote for travel insurance, please select the travel protection option, and a quote will be emailed to you.

Group Booking Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 people must be booked by the stated due date to honor the quoted group rates.
  • If the group size falls below the required minimum, the booking will be considered F.I.T. Travel (independent travel). A revised quotation based on the actual number of travelers will be provided, and the group rates will no longer apply.

Pricing Disclaimer:
All prices are subject to change. Your trip will be quoted based on current pricing at the time of booking. If there are any pricing changes, you will be notified via email, and your invoice will be updated accordingly.

 During your expense planning, you can opt to use our partners such as Uplift to pay for the remainder of your trip over 18 months and Paypal Later. Please contact me for more information, as not everyone qualifies.
