Superliner Travel Terms & Conditions

By submitting your booking information, authorization, or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You also agree to the applicable terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and passenger contracts of the cruise line, tour operator, resort, airline, excursion provider, or other travel supplier associated with your reservation (“Supplier”).

Role of Superliner Travel

Superliner Travel LLC (“Superliner Travel”) acts as a travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and independently owned and operated cruise lines, hotels, resorts, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, and other travel suppliers.

Superliner Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers or their employees, equipment, vehicles, vessels, facilities, or services. Each Supplier is responsible for providing and operating its respective travel services.

Superliner Travel is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, delays, cancellations, or failures of any Supplier or other third party.

Reservations, Pricing & Payments

Travel prices, promotions, availability, itineraries, and amenities are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and any required deposit has been received and processed by the Supplier.

Unless otherwise stated, payments made toward a reservation are subject to the payment schedules, cancellation penalties, and refund policies established by the applicable Supplier.

Travelers are responsible for making all required payments by the deadlines provided. Failure to make payment by a required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and the loss of deposits or other amounts previously paid, according to the Supplier's policies.

Any changes to a reservation after confirmation may be subject to availability, fare differences, change fees, cancellation penalties, or other charges imposed by the Supplier.

Traveler Information & Reservation Accuracy

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including legal names, dates of birth, citizenship information, contact information, and any other information required by the Supplier.

Names provided for travel reservations should match the traveler's required identification and travel documents.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing booking confirmations, invoices, itineraries, names, travel dates, accommodations, cabin or room categories, and other reservation details when they are provided. Any errors or discrepancies should be reported to Superliner Travel as soon as possible. Changes requested after a reservation has been confirmed may be subject to Supplier fees, fare differences, or cancellation penalties.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All reservations are subject to the cancellation and change policies of the applicable Supplier. Cancellation penalties may increase as the travel date approaches and may eventually reach 100% of the amount paid.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Superliner Travel does not determine or control Supplier cancellation penalties, refunds, future travel credits, or compensation.

Refunds or credits for canceled or interrupted travel are subject to the terms and approval of the applicable Supplier. Superliner Travel cannot guarantee that a Supplier will provide a refund, credit, reimbursement, or other compensation outside of its published or contracted policies.

No refund can be guaranteed for unused portions of a trip, missed transportation, missed excursions, unused accommodations, or other travel services that a traveler voluntarily chooses not to use or is unable to use.

Travel Insurance

Travel involves financial risk, including the possibility of cancellation, interruption, delays, medical emergencies, lost or delayed baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is recommended, and travelers acknowledge that they have been provided the opportunity to purchase travel protection.

Travel insurance policies contain specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and coverage limitations. Superliner Travel may provide general information about available travel protection as a courtesy but does not determine whether a particular event or loss is covered.

All coverage determinations and claims decisions are made solely by the insurance provider. Travelers are responsible for reviewing the insurance policy and determining whether the coverage meets their individual needs.

Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Travelers are ultimately responsible for determining and meeting all passport, visa, identification, health, vaccination, immigration, customs, and entry or re-entry requirements applicable to their individual circumstances and itinerary.

Requirements may vary based on citizenship, residency, age, destination, itinerary, and other factors and may change before departure.

Superliner Travel may provide general information regarding travel documentation and entry requirements as a courtesy; however, travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before travel. Superliner Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, additional expenses, or other losses resulting from insufficient or incorrect travel documentation or failure to meet applicable entry requirements.

Itinerary & Schedule Changes

Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other Suppliers may change schedules, itineraries, ports of call, accommodations, transportation, activities, or other components of a trip before or during travel.

Such changes may occur because of weather, mechanical issues, operational requirements, government actions, health or safety concerns, labor disruptions, world events, or other circumstances.

These decisions are made by the applicable Supplier. Any refund, credit, itinerary adjustment, or other compensation resulting from such changes is determined by the Supplier according to its policies and applicable requirements.

Superliner Travel is not responsible for losses or additional expenses resulting from Supplier schedule or itinerary changes, cancellations, delays, or other circumstances outside of Superliner Travel's control.

Air Travel

When air transportation is included in or added to a reservation, flight schedules, aircraft, routes, seat assignments, baggage policies, check-in requirements, and other airline services are controlled by the airline and may change.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing their flight information and complying with the airline's check-in, baggage, identification, and boarding requirements.

Superliner Travel is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, baggage issues, seat changes, or expenses resulting from airline operations.

Special Requests & Accessibility

Superliner Travel is happy to communicate special requests to Suppliers, including requests concerning dining, bedding, cabin or room location, accessibility, dietary needs, celebrations, or other preferences.

Unless specifically confirmed by the Supplier, special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Travelers with mobility limitations, medical considerations, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or other circumstances that may affect their ability to participate in travel should notify Superliner Travel and the applicable Supplier as early as possible. Ultimately, travelers are responsible for determining whether the accommodations, transportation, excursions, activities, and other components of their trip are appropriate for their individual needs and abilities.

Events Beyond Our Control

Superliner Travel shall not be responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, inconvenience, additional expense, or disruption resulting from circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, civil unrest, criminal activity, terrorism, public health events, disease, mechanical failures, transportation disruptions, or actions or omissions of independent Suppliers.

When such events affect a reservation, Supplier policies and any applicable travel insurance coverage will generally determine what refunds, credits, reimbursements, or alternative arrangements may be available.

Limitation of Responsibility

Superliner Travel is not liable for personal injury, death, property damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, additional expense, loss of vacation time, or other damages resulting from the acts, omissions, negligence, default, or failure of independent Suppliers or other third parties providing travel services.

Superliner Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers when problems arise before or during travel; however, such assistance does not make Superliner Travel responsible for the actions, decisions, services, or obligations of independent Suppliers.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting booking information, authorizing a reservation, or making payment toward a reservation, the traveler acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the applicable terms and cancellation policies of the Suppliers associated with the reservation.

The traveler also acknowledges responsibility for reviewing the details of the reservation, complying with applicable travel requirements, and understanding the cancellation and payment policies associated with the trip.
