All Inclusive Travel Inquiry

Submit ONE form per vacation! Choose 1 passenger no matter how many guests are coming on your trip (you will tell me how many people are coming after the payment below is made) 

 
THICK PACKAGE includes flight, hotel (unlimited food and drinks), and transportation.  The deposit for your package is $300 per person and this will lock in your flight, hotel, and transportation. For example, if your package is $1800, your deposit will be $300 and your remaining $1500 will be due no later than 30 days from departure. 
 
SLIM PACKAGE includes hotel (unlimited food and drinks) and airport transportation but YOU would be in charge pf purchasing your own flight. Once you purchase your flight, you will send it over to me no later than 2 weeks from departure and I will loop it together with transportation. The deposit to lock in your package will be $50 and goes directly towards your package. For example, if you package is $1200, your deposit will be $50 and your remaining $1150 will be due no later than 30 days from departure. 
 
 
NOTE: Puerto Rico is the only location that doesn't require a passport but there are NO all inclusive resorts in Puerto Rico. If you select Puerto Rico for an option for quotes, you will receive quotes for hotels but food, drinks, and airport transportation is not included as taxi's are most common in Puerto Rico.

SECOND STEP: In the attached form, you will select dates, give me your budget, and any other important information about your trip. I will send over resorts that I've been to, sent clients to, or heard good things about. I have no limit to the resorts I send to clients! If I like the resort and it's around your budget, I will include it in the list! I always suggest clients to take my suggestions and search TikTok, YouTube, and Trip Advisor to help narrow down their search. If you know the exact resort you want to stay at, make sure to let me know in the form.
 
Before submitting your form, Destination Cocoa Travel & Lifestyle / Jania Ashay requires a small fee related to the research, planning, and booking of each trip and excursions. The Agency fee is non-refundable and will not be applies to the balance of the trip. This is the only fee that is paid outside of your package. Service will not be rendered until fees are paid in full. There have been times people have not received their quotes because they put in the wrong email or the wrong phone number. The fee is still non-refundable. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR QUOTES WITHIN 7 DAYS PLEASE REACH OUT!!! There could have been a typo in your email or my email could be sitting sadly in your junk/spam folder. 
 
BOOKING YOUR PACKAGE: Everyone in the same room will have to pay their deposit on the same day. I will send over an invoice to receive your credit card authorization form. Once everyone in your room has paid their deposit and your booking is active, your travel package is purchased instantly (flight if included, hotel, and transportation) making your package non-refundable unless insurance is purchased. Insurance must be purchased at the same time of paying your deposit. With insurance, you're able to cancel and get your money back the way you paid it outside of cost of insurance and the $50 cancellation fee. Insurance can range anywhere from $99-$250 per person depending on the time of year and how many days you're traveling. 
 
After paying your deposit, your remaining balance is due within 30 days of departure. This means if you are submitting your inquiry and looking to travel within the next 30 days, all of your money is due at the time of booking! Otherwise payment plans are available. Always remember, prices are subject to change until your deposit is paid. The sooner you lock in your package the better. Now let us begin!
 
TAKEOFF: Once everyone is locked in, we will start discussing excursions and creating an itinerary.. unless you plan to relax on the resort your entire stay which is perfectly fine!
